Id say the cabs not public cuz its a private hire kind of thing, not cuz you have to pay, but b/c theres no other people on it
That makes sense too. I was thinking public because they’re open to the public to hire, but once you hire them they are kind of private. Sidemen are out here creating conundrums haha
