Hello viewers, I am Pallabi Chatterjee a famed emerging young Bharatnatyam artist. I had started taking lessons since I was a toddler from renowned gurus. My inspiration towards my work has always been my grandmother (A.K.A. Amma). She's been a constant who have supported and motivated during my ups and downs. Dedicated a mammoth hard work and have achieved a niche for myself. A wise man once said, "a dream does not become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination, and hard work", I had proven time and again. Last year I had received an award of "GURUSHREE" from Sarbabharatiya Sangeet O Sanskriti Parishad as one of my disciples stood first in the BHARATNATYAM genre, an open competition conducted by the same across the country. At present, I have an institution under the name SHASTRIYAM nurturing all different age group/s imparting the authentic essence of the dance form. My mission for life is to be an epitome for contributing and promoting the South Indian dance form.
