      E is a material constant depending on what material we're actually working with here, I varies based on cross sectional shape of the beam (I'd assume both of these values are constant throughout entire working length of beam at play considering he used a line FBD)
      For example if we were working with an A6 Steel beam at room temperature, young's modulus E would be approx 200(10^9)Ksi and if we were dealing with a rectangular cross section, I would be 1/12(CS length)(CS width)^3)
