Trick for getting old grips off is take an air compressor and blow on the bar in the direction you want the grip to go, the air will get under the rubber and they will slip right off
Hey guys another way you can tighten spokes is by lightly hitting them with a small wrench and listening to the sound they make like tuning a guitar, thats an old powersports mechanic trick if you dont have a spoke torque wrench
