    • @Tiptronics

I know this is an ancient comment now,
But a thought on this - The guitars, amps and other equipment in there are more than likely largely gifts or write offs as a mix of r&d or business purchases for marketing purposes. As far as I am aware. Unless andertons liquidated, lee could take home any of that equipment and use it with the caveats that it remains legally the companies’ property and in the case of liquidation would have to be returned to the company.
The stuff we are seeing here is his personal collection - non business related assets.
If I were running a store like Andertons i don’t think I would maintain a large personal collection either - what is the point when you can borrow business marketing materials to play with? Waste of money.

Captain Lee, I gotta say man, this was such a wonderful video for me to watch for a few reasons that I want to share with you. First, in the six or so years I've watched your videos, it absolutely blows me away how much you have progressed as a guitarist, and it has been a pleasure watching and listening to you grow, because so many of the riffs and jams that I used to improve as a guitarist myself, I got from your channel. Watching this and with so many of them remembering the guitar and videos I've seen you play them in, it was really a treat! Second, I always credit you and Rob with helping me to learn about guitars and gear and it has helped me in my career in music sales. Finally, speaking of Rob, I truly hope at some point you guys can start doing videos together again. Anyway, I hope you and your family and everyone over at Anderton's are keeping in good health and hanging in there during these difficult times. Thank you for all that you do, and best wishes from the US!

I think overall its nice to have 7 guitars to get a full range if tones
    1. Steel string acoustic
    2. Nylon string acoustic
    3. A Tele with two single coils and a traditional string-through-body bridge (your thin line does the job)
    4. A Strat with three single coils & a tremolo (you got a couple of those already)
    5. A solid body single cut, with two humbuckers, - you got the Les Paul so thats covered
    6. A hollow or semi-hollow Gretsch with a Bigsby and filtertrons - THAT'S what you need!
    7. A specialty guitar to suit the genre you’re in to....for me I’d take a tricone resonator guitar for slide.

To have a guitar like the anniversary Strat and leave it unplayed in a cupboard is a far greater crime than taking the lacquer off and playing it. I’ve taken all the lacquer of my 2006 USA bog standard tele and it plays so much more nicely. I also stripped the poly finish off the body and did a natural refinish which has made it so much more resonant. I’ve destroyed any resale value but have a guitar that is wonderful to play. Well done you I say.
In played violin growing up and now any guitar with a heavy lacquer on the neck just feels wrong.

Cappers I'm a big fan of yours, and as a fan I have a few constructive criticisms that I BEG you cllick expand to hear bro.
You are a great guitar player, with even greater finger tone... But like a sign you wear on your forehead, I can always see that your extremely tense, nervous and tunnel visioned into your fretboard. In my humble nobody/fellow quarantine-er opinion. Your wayyy to concerened about screwing up for 100k people to see. ...you've got the finger tone and scales burnt into your subconscious so there's no need to focus on it at all.
You need to sit down, put on a 20 minute backing track, and tilt your head back, and just let your fingers move in different fret/string Combinations. And when you make a mistake, don't loose the backing groove and stop playing, simply make note of it and continue on.. and incorporate facial movements and body movements till it feels like certain tones have a natural gesture, like dancing almost. Im typing all this with a 99.9% chance you dont even read it... That's how bad I want to hear your natural "Lee" tones full potential
TLDR: Relax, close your eyes and imagine an object sat in the room and let you creativity do the playing.. and MOST IMPORTANTLY... DONT EVER WORRY ABOUT MESSING UP to satisfy the listener, satisfy your inner creativity. Because mistakes are 80% of the learning process
    GODSPEED CAPPERS, CHEERS
If you agree plz upvote so chappers might see. Ik you the audience want the same thing I want. ...CAPPERS unleashed

You gents have inspired me to buy my first guitar and learn to play. I’m 53 years old and was in a rock band in my youth as a drummer. I love your videos. I need to be able to get out this darn COVID Stay at Home to “test drive” some guitars but have some in mind. I’m leaning towards a Fender Telecaster Special Edition unless I can find a Chapman ML-3 Pro.
    Stay positive my friends!!
