Seen this temple a few times now & I'll never get bored of it.
I love it so much, I really wish I could've gone there.
Thanks for showing it again guys.
Ps...Sam's voice sounded great in there, super acoustics!

Found this on google about the markings A quatrefoil (anciently caterfoil[1]) is a decorative element consisting of a symmetrical shape which forms the overall outline of four partially overlapping circles of the same diameter. It is found in art, architecture, heraldry and traditional Christian symbolism.[2] The word quatrefoil means "four leaves", from Latin quattuor, four, plus folium, a leaf,[3] referring specifically to a four-leafed clover, but applies in general to four-lobed shapes in various contexts. In recent years, a number of luxury brands have asserted copyright claims related to the symbol.[4] A similar shape with three rings is called a trefoil.

Hey Sam and Jess, the knights Templar were abolished by the king of France in 1312. Either way that Folly was constructed much later around 400 to 500 years later.

Thanks for that info. I looked up The Knights Templar and found so much info and history...even a movie made in 2007. Gotta watch that now! A group of devout Christians, or more precisely, a Catholic medieval military order who 'protected European travelers visiting sites in the Holy Land while also carrying out military operations'.

(Names I wouldn’t dare mention here). They run the world to this day. Hidden mystery religion, secret society, sick bastards…. Not Christian in any form!

    What an enchanting place! ♥
I've been binge-watching your videos when I discovered your channel recently. I really enjoy your content! Love your filming style, and the two of you also have such positive vibes. It's a joy to be taken to all these awesome locations through your lense and narrations! I love exploring, too, but unfortunately there aren't many "lost places" in my area, and I don't have the chance to get around much. Thus it's great fun to watch these kinds of videos. :-)
All the best to you from a fellow vegan and crystal/mineral collector from Germany.

What a lovely ole cave. Your right about acoustics, that would be a wow with the chanting, even the Gregorian chants. Can only dream of visiting such places. Would never make it into such spaces, I'd be stuck, especially with my mobility issues and using a rolling walker lol. So I truly thank you for sharing such places and spaces.💜💜💜

Really interesting find. Who wouldn't want a rabbit hole like that in the yard ! The all seeing eye depiction was telling of folly, but the water markings lead one to search for an earlier origin for some of the original portions. Sam's harmonics in the dome was fascinating. Awesome, a big thankyou and always remember a thumbs up :)

So would you agree that there is thousands of square feet 🐾 lol of sandstone that is unaccounted for? Where is it? This is much much older than 18th century. Whoever says different apparently is following the lastest idea of whatever archeologist that's in fashion. I believe that the Templars indeed used this place. But they found it. Not built ( dug out) ! Honestly, I don't know.lol. but this is what I think is correct. Awesome place!!! 😉

  • @hangman1128
    @hangman1128 2 года назад

I’ll tell you exactly what that was originally.
It was originally a giant massive cedar tree, just a small section of it that was carved into.
The remains of the rest of the giant tree was harvested abd the rest of its remains are all buried under a thin layer of dirt and vegetation extending for miles from this location.
This type of orangish sandstone is found all around the world, why, read Ezekiel 31 literally and not as a metaphor.
    Read it 2-3 times carefully.

You can look up different countries that build homes in the Sandstone like this it takes them about a month but it's absolutely amazing the engineering skills they have cutting these things out and making homes out of them if you can sit through the whole video it's absolutely amazing when you get to the end to watch one person Dig something like this and back then they probably had one or two people dig this for them.

That is a cathedral buried by some sort of mud slide; sinking of the land caused by an earthquake; or another catastrophic event.. I can tell that it is a cathedral by the clover like indentations in the wall. Likely the Templars found this building as is and started using the buried underground structure. The people back then did not posses any heavy duty cutting tools to create what you see. Horses, carriages, shovels and pick axes will not cut or carve that out. Totally impossible unless the Templars had 100 years of spare time just to clear out the soot and muck before carving. The carving of that stone would have taken another 100 years with the tools of that time.
