I am so excited about this new dish and plan to make it this weekend. I sent it to several family members and friends who also love eggplant. It is so "pretty" as you put it together. At the Christmas holidays I always make red and green and sometimes red white and green foods and I have a new dish now that I'm going to add to my holiday. I love, LOVE, L O V E EGGPLANT (& ZUCCHINI) ❣️❣️❣️ I never peel them like a lot of people do and I tell them they're throwing away the most Nutritional part oh see vegetable. And then I asked him if they soak it in salt water, before cooking. EVERY TIME THE ANSWER IS NO!! I told them, if you would soak it For 30 to 45 minutes in salt water, drain it and then pat it dry on paper towels or old-fashioned cotton towels for 10 to 15 minutes, before cooking or baking or Frying, you would love the vegetable that much more and would not even be bothered by the skin....Everyone that I've shared that with, now it's the skin. I LOVE♥️ your website🌈❣️ all of your dishes are very yummy yet beautiful and they're healthy. This is the most exciting website I have found that can put a excellent and healthy and pretty dish together in it quick amount of time that doesn't have "50" ingredients in it, nor do you use a ton of salt, and you are using common ingredients as well as healthy garden vegetables which I personally love and can't get enough of!!!!!!!!!! Wenn man drei Tomaten in Scheiben schneiden soll... muss das sein, dass man das dann auch noch explizit zeigt...drei Tomaten aufzuschneiden?? Zwei Auberginen in Scheiben schneiden... man zeigt Scheibe für Scheibe....Diese Art des Vortrages geht mir gehörig auf den Senkel.
