    All these assets are so lovingly crafted. There are so many! And this is just one room! It's no wonder it took 5 more years, but it was well worth it! The game is wonderful!

    I think the use of stairs as a single object to be placed is REALLY smart. This is kind of an old video but I just wanted to say that watching it has given me some great ideas to improve my workflow. Thanks for posting these and I'm looking forward to Eastwards release.

    Wow, amazing work! You've actually inspired me to work on a pixel art game myself. I've had this amazing storyline in my head for a couple of years now and I'm now confident enough to go on this journey. Out of curiosity, what sprite size did you use? Love your work!

      Yes, normal map are used for detail.

    My guess or how i do this type of lighting ~ in 2d lights are texture in screen/ add mode , so different type of texture in different offset speed + seperate window texture with scaled going back to normal scale at every tick

      Did this in godot engine, it works quite good
