The short rubber section with a slit running down the length. It's next to the turbo clamp in the video and it came with my kit but I don't see it mentioned
On minute 1:49.. he removes a green clip. Unfortunately i just lost this today while trying to install the intake.. what can i do ? Is there a way to order it ? Can i fix it somehow ? Is it important for it to be on the car ? Please anyone help! Thanks
NGEN Customs and Performance thanks for the reply.... weird follow up question but, i noticed the car made a “meaner” noise when the tube wasn’t connected for some reason, it sounded better. If i don’t connect it back, what could happen to my car ?
Hey, I have a question here about the intake. You should replace the air filter around 15 000 miles. So how do you open the compartment where the air filter is stored on this intake. Is it standard, you can replace it with any after market?! Thanks!
Cloudbg it is a reusable air filter. There are two Phillips screws on the canister. Once you remove them, the canister separates with the filter inside. You simply hose it out, let it dry and then reinstall.
Increase airflow to the turbo. The factory intake system (like any system) will have restrictions. This helps to eliminate those restrictions. Most see a 5-7hp increase.
@@NGENCustomsandPerformance I guess he is asking...is it easily removable, because it has to be changed evry 15 000 miles I guess? Is it standart air filter, you changed and than put back into the canister and istall it again on the intake?
Not much of a difference with sound so didn’t feel it was necessary. The purpose of the video is to show you how to install it, not so much how it sounds. Of course if it was an exhaust install, that’s definitely different. Thanks for watching!
Great instructional, much better camera work than some videos I've seen from other RUclipsrs...lol

Great video! Got the V4 installed in about 30 minutes. Thanks for the assist!
This is so clear and well presented. I just bought an Abarth 124 spider and I want this mod, it looks so good! Thankyou for uploading this. 👍
Made installation very simple. I am curious about the split hose in the kit you didn't use, is that just for the auto version?
I don’t see a MAF sensor anywhere in the intake plumbing?
Well done. You are a pro!
Thanks Greg! Always appreciate the support!
Excellent instruction

vitomorris get a hose clamp and tighten it around it. That works.

vitomorris check engine light
What's the function of the hose inside hose vapor oil that you can see at 11.12 marked with yellow dot?
Love your work. Thank you for all these amazingly helpful videos. Learning a lot and really appreciative.
Thanks for watching!
Thank you, awesome NGEN!
Also how much speed does it give you ?
about 5 to 7 speeeeds

Great Job Brian thanks!
Thank you!
What do you think about installing cdc shaker hood on spider 124 with this air intake, sir?
Does this make it harder to get to the oil filter?
Not really. I just remove the intake tube off the turbo and fold it over. Easy access at that point
What is the torque and horsepower improvement? Provide curves if possible. Thanks.
Great video as always 😁. Any chance you could do a ''how to" video for installing a forge blow off/recirculation valve?
Thanks!
Yes - it’s on the list
We just posted a video on this. It is for a 500 Abarth but the process is pretty much the same.
Great install video
Thanks!
How more horse powers??
Great video! Any potential for a check engine light from this mod given the increased air flow?
No these do not cause a check engine light
Come acquistare???

NGEN Customs and Performance Question answered. Thank you sir!
Does this work/fit on a UK market abarth 124 spider ?
It should - the spider shares the same platform in both the US and Europe
@@NGENCustomsandPerformance excellent, thanks for the clarification, will be ordering one soon.
Hey man, this video helped me, thanks for putting it up. How often and how should I clean this air filter? Cheers.
Patricio Garza probabaky every 15,000 miles. Take the cover off, dip and shake it in water, then let it air dry.
@@NGENCustomsandPerformanceis any oil needed???
Love your car, just great
What are the benefits of installing this ?
Increase airflow to the turbo. The factory intake system (like any system) will have restrictions. This helps to eliminate those restrictions. Most see a 5-7hp increase.
Looks like it would add steps to an oil filter change.
Is it California legal?
It is not CARB legal
How much for the high performance part?
Link in the description takes you right to the page that has all the information: price, specs, etc.
Is that the bigger turbo installed? Also THANK YOU! Your videos are SUPER helpful!
That is the factory turbo on this car
Everything’s out of stock?
These are very popular and frequently go out of stock. If you send us an email, we can let you know when more become available.
Hey dad 🤗
Hello son!
What about the air filter ?
Thank BTY for the video, nice to see how easy it can be installed 😊
What’s your question about the air filter? It’s inside the canister
@@NGENCustomsandPerformance I guess he is asking...is it easily removable, because it has to be changed evry 15 000 miles I guess? Is it standart air filter, you changed and than put back into the canister and istall it again on the intake?
Imagine how stupid it is that you didn’t made just a little video on how it sounds like afterwards. Damn.
