The seat height is perfect, there's the optional low seat if you completely fail to adapt to the seat height which is caused by an active refusal to learn how to ride a taller bike. 5'4-5'5 guys are running around in the taller 390 adventure, offroading, reversing and even handling mountains. Hence with the right set of skills the seat height isn't really a problem after a while.
