If you re spek animals it doesn’t reset your EP and IP it just resets your current run you don’t need to actually respek them anyways basically it gives all your AP back so you can choose a different path in animals

slowdown cuts speed by ~10 but give a free ascension, since ascension eventually become way bigger than 10 you want to use as much slowdown as possible but at first you likely to utilise it on infinity challenge 8 and once you break infinity

I think like 5 or 6 hours, but i wasn't in any rush, so i just let it run
