    good morning, my question is if you could explain and show the content that the dvr stores in the IP SAN Storage virtual unit, since the video perfectly explains the creation but the display of the video files from qnap is not shown, thank you very much for Your contributions were very useful to me.       Hello, you can only playback your NVR to view the content but not browsing the content from your PC like a folder.

    Hello there. I would like to ask, is it possible to use the QNAP NAS as a backup server for the existing NVR? I mean is there a possibility that the videos from the cameras will record directly in both NVR and NAS at the same time? Thanks.

      Haven’t tried yet but I think it is possible. NVR is by default recording to its hard drive. Then configure each camera with qnap as the storage. Hope that makes sense.

      First time I’ve heard this issue, sorry I can’t think of what could be the issue.
