Met Elliot and Lauren from Terrifer 2 two weeks ago in Atlanta, they were very cool! And I even got the vhs tape of Terrifier, it was lots of fun and hope to meet them again one day

Nice haul! When you get through Buffy and Angel. I recommend the witch show Charmed. Came out around the same time as Buffy. Cheesy and campy late 90s/early 2000s witchy goodness
Yeah, CHARMED is a must watch for witchy folks, all the 90’s fashion too! Still waiting for Kylie to get into TRUE BLOOD, my favorite of all the horror TV shows.
Damn it's so nice to see how generous people are. Terrific haul by the way. If you can ever track down the Scream VHS with the blue individual cast covers they contain a different cut of the film. There mostly the uncut kills before they were cut for an R rating.

The premise of the show is mad scientists show an unfortunate human subject (and a couple of robots) bad movies (mostly sci-fi and horror), in order to monitor the impact on their sanity. MST3K picks a different movie each episode to show in its entirety. The characters appear in silhouette at the bottom of the screen and riff continuously on the movie, with some skits loosely related to the movie scattered throughout the show. Believe it or not, Time Magazine named it one of the 100 best shows of all time in 2007. They've produced 230 episodes and Comedy Central still runs an annual "Turkey Day Marathon" of this wonderful show focused on terrible movies.
i have all those horror short stories collections those nightmare soup book series are awesome!!! that resident evil movie is based off the the older games. and omg! that look on your face was priceless when the tales from crypt dvds fell out lmao! but glad they did not get scratch.

Midsommar is one of my all time fave horror movies too, I was excited to give my old director's cut blu ray copy to you ☺️ the extra footage really enriches the story imo. Also that Mystery Science Theater DVD is a show I watched growing up in the 90s where a guy and two robots crack jokes while they watch old b movies. They even did an episode on Squirm! 😄
Kylie throwing her Tales From the Crypt series at us! Haha That's a great show by the way. I didn't like Even Lambs Have Teeth. It does deal with SA but it's so implied that it feels insubstantial. It never feels like anything matters. First half is drawn out. Second revenge half (the best half) has all the revenge scenes crammed together. The revenge scenes are fun but the pacing is so off. Not the worst movie I've seen but far from the best. Hope you like it more than I did. You might get more out of it than I did. There's nothing here you can't handle.
As I mentioned on one of the watch alongs (I think it was the hostel one… ugh screw that movie but you bashing it was great) I have spent the past year or two watching and discovering old and new flicks I’ve never seen but have also been collecting a lot of DVDs and Blu-Rays at my local thrift shops and dvd stores. Watching these haul vids are very nice and comfy:)
You sure got a lot of books this time. You got to be a little more careful opening multi DVD cases. 🙂 it was unintended but it was sure a surprise. I had all the disks ready to mail away and then I saw the Blu-Ray on the making of Robocop. You mentioned before how much you enjoyed the movie. Plus you have always been interested in behind the scene content so I could not resist getting that for you. Just a person who likes doing nice things for nice people. Especially glad you watching with this with your dad. I’ll always keep my eyes open for stuff. Can’t wait for the next week long watch along. Saving up my drinks and snacks.
Just one last note. The story behind the Morbius disk. Would you believe when I was out shopping discount stores with my granddaughter Amber I found this disk for one dollar. I kind of knew you would get a laugh out of it. Ya, sometimes have a few claws and gummies and put this on and have a good time with friends, just enjoy the evening.
