I just bought one this year and made a dump cake and then biscuits and gravy. loved it but didn't know how to regulate the temp. I think I need to see if this kind is still available and use mine as a back up. Thanks for explaining all the features. Look forward to following along.
I have the 12 in version, I got it years ago. I recently got into the cast iron scene and was thinking about that oven so I dug it out. I'm kinda bummed it's made in China. I spent a good amount on it I think. Hopefully it cooks well. I accumulated Griswold pans and stove dutch ovens for free, hopefully this China chef doesn't dissapoint.

@@Goodtimecampin you can use about any fruit if you want something other than peach. i like to do peach and blueberry together!

bubbacrabb Im with ya on the cheena thing. I much prefer MADE IN USA.
Works fine and the casting is nice and even. I have the 12 Deluxe. Nice deep lid w legs you can cook pancakes or anything else you want.
