These bikes are really underrated for fun and basic transportation. I am 78 and these are excellent for older people, no swinging a leg over a seat, no shifting, and great mileage. I currently ride a 2012 Kymco Like 200 i ( 164 cc ) and enjoy ridding it very much. Think the Honda PCX are excellent.
Having my brand new Honda PCX 125 2023 delivered tommorow and cant wait. Never ive seen so good positive feedbacks about a scooter. Been through 49cc and 100cc. The fuel economy part was what surprised me a lot especially as a food delivery driver in my city and close areas outside,3600 £ already feel right given and hope so to turn out that way. Really hope the mpg info is correct and 120-130 mpg to be true and 200,200+ miles per full tank and hope doesnt betray me like my current Peugeot out of nowhere living me on the road non working even though new battery and relay has been placed and full service done.
I was so over owning larger motorcycles for years I treated myself to a Honda Wave 110i. 159.3 mpg. I never put more than £4 of e5 filled to the brim. Now on the SH300. Another level. Not missed the bigger bikes and all the usual willy waving nonsense that goes with that whole world .
Totally get what you mean mate. I’m currently looking at a forza just for a bit more comfort and road presence but I can’t be arsed with fast stuff anymore.
Great thorough review 👍🏼 I’m about to buy a 2022 Honda PCX here in the States. Nothing against the 2023 model, it just comes in only one color here in the US tho…an ugly metallic brown. 🤮 😂 Much prefer the red or white 2022 colors. Anyway, can’t wait to get mine! 🛵 💨
Thanks for this. I’m now up to a massive 450 miles on mine! Please can you advise on your mobile phone holder? I don’t want to get something that won’t fit. Also how do you run the charging cable to it from the glove box without leaving the glove box open?? Thanks in advance
It’s a quad lock I use, I’ll do a wee vid on it and let you see it better. As for the charging cable I just shut the glovebox but I’m worried about it damaging the cable and the waterproof seal on the door
Hi I've just bought a pcx 125 and I was stressing about fitting all my accessories eg heated grips an wireless charging phone mount.do u have any knowledge on a thing I bought f 80 quid called healtech thunderbox.apparently u just connect it to the battery them pop all ur accessories wires in other end .it says wen I switch the engine on all my bits turn on an wen I turn bike off they all switch off .is this a good thing to have on my pcx 125 isn't want to break me bike
I’ve seen them used before by others and it’s a neat and very electrically sound method as far as I can see. I just used the existing loom behind the headlight to save me stripping bodywork off and running cables to the battery. It is - from what I understand - the better way but it’s a ton more work
@Misfire Motorcycles & Scooters thank u so much mate can't believe u replied top man I've watched your video on mounting heated grips loads of times and I will kill myself if I try what you did behind the light 🤣 I'm a do-er aswell me, I just don't mess with electrics .this healtech thunderbox was my only realistic way of adding them things tha make our life bit easier,so glad u say u heard its legit thank you very much much respect 🙏
Très déçu du modèle 23 moteur qui manque de réactivité de reprises bruit de ABS au freinage sur route dégrade un enfer .cadeau a mon PERRE. Je vais chercher un modèle 2018

After a lifetime of motorbikes love my PCX I've ridden for four years now. Wish I'd discovered them before ! I'm 80 years.

I get a realistic 160 miles to £9 odd of fuel, great wee machine

Glad it was helpful buddy
Definitely the most stolen

Enjoy it when it comes and I couldn’t agree more about the colour
Definitely getting a scooter to ride a few miles to work. This is on the top of the list along with a Vespa or aprilla.
Eventually I’ll work up to a Bergman 400
Vespas are cool but this is a lot more practical
122mpg, just stunning.

Thanks alot pal.
I had a plan to buy honda vision 110, but now I think Honda pcx125 is much better than vision 110, although €1000 more
I rode the older version of the 110 before and it was tiny compared to the pcx. As much as I love my wee scooter €1000 is a lot of money

How do you engine brake on downhill on a scooter?
just let off the throttle buddy

I genuinely cannot say I’ve experienced those issues, maybe you just got a bad one?
