I would prefer Inzaghi at Inter Milan or Xavi at Barcelona to replace Pochettino. However, my first choice is Inzaghi, his philosophy and 3-5-2 system suit perfectly the current profile of players we have.

If we get Xavi we'll have to get Mason Mount back. We just don't have anyone in the squad who is able to play the Xavi way.... Apart from maybe Nkunku. I remember seeing some stats from when we first signed him and his passing success rate in the final third was insane. Although I've yet to see it in a Chelsea shirt. I've yet to see anything of Nkunku in a Chelsea shirt.

This owners are novice in football management and denied the fact they don't have experience about managing top rated club like Chelsea.
Chelsea as club is far above the owners and all the coaches. Thanks to the government and FA handing over the club to them.
Your club was never a big club unlike Manchester United, Arsenal, Liverpool and other teams in other leagues so what you fail to realise is that Abromivich as you call him brought that mineral to Chelsea so you really ever on the best of the world from 2004 to 2012 but your club is not a big club regardless as your track record before the millinium your team was a middle table as people say in conversations.

@@chelseaultra9348 The Chelsea FC you know is not how Chelsea FC is known to people born way earlier than 1968 as in that era and prior Chelsea FC was a middle of the table team so your proper Chels as people would call it only became relevant with Roman Abromivich aquiring Chelsea FC and hiring of Jose Mourinho for outside of that fact your Chelsea FC dna produced nothing other than a few FA Cups and one First Division title prior to 2004 in the time where teams had at one period no imported foreign talent and the league was so domestically competitive you did not know whom would win the First Division title the following season and that meant your talent was centered around a team culture and academy so your proper Chels was determined by that not swoop by all the players like Drogba, John Terry, Ashley Coke, Micheal Issien and have Mourinho as a manager to guide the talent , as for one between the 2004 prior and 1940s and ten years back Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal, though we were not the alpha clubs then but before 1979 we all one at least four First Division titles individually as Arsenal had seven before the 70s even begun even though Manchester United and Liverpool tasted relegation as well we had a winning culture to begin with where as Chelsea FC winning culture had to muster up by an over rich russian olagachy and the best manager in the world at the time and because of success you have seen the mass Chelsea base have deluded themselves and told them this how well the change in rules and by the late 70s when foreign based players were regular in english football Liverpool and Manchester Uniited were further enhanced as Manchester United was the first team to participate in foreign competition in Europe winning our first Champions League in the late 1960s so I was saying Liverpool dominated the 1980s and Manchester United the 1990s as commercialisation started to hype these teams up like Manchester United, Arsenal, Liverpool due to it's success being witnessed by televisions around the world with more satelites administered in the sky and growing box televisions created opportunity fir advertisements so teams after a period of time became a well known household name so when league and now called Primere League became fixed with not to many teams out of place as to previous season now Chelsea FC found refuge in mentaining their top 5 places with them also benefitting off commercialisation and the fact that Rude Guillet stamped his name for you guys in Chelsea FC while eventually becoming manager after for the lions, I say all this to say you must know where your club came from as to know what to expect from them as Chelsea FC for as far back as before 2004 never relied on a strong academy to be winners that might have been a proper Chels as no team had no advantage then with the none foreign imports rule and yet Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal were still a presence always known, before the late 70s rule change so what you Chelsea FC deluded fans have been spoiled with is a owner who loves your club for God knows what reasons but decided to spend on it and you enjoyed success not immediately and not heartly so you got the impression that Chelsea was a proper club before but go further back before as most of the Chelsea FC fans that complain are the ones born 89 and onwards they came into a Chelsea FC winning era and though the club was always this successful and realised they were not.
