Wow, what a great deal this house was. After construction the first buyer purchased this home for $7.5 million, then about a year later sold it for $8 million during the pandemic. Does anyone know if the guest house is included in this 10K square footage calculation?
My pros and cons. CONS: Master upstairs Too much wine storage. Waaaay too much. No front yard . Just a parking pad with little to no greenery. Master bath is missing aesthetic charm. Looks like a factory or doctor's exam room. Possibly wasted upstairs balcony living room. Seems redundant from what's just below it. Basketball court (Maybe people want this but I sure don't.) Turf is good and bad. The whole yard has almost no natural anything. Low maintenance yes, but it's missing natural elements and seems like you just bake in the sun. Breakfast nook seems a bit lost. A house this size and price needs a home gym. Laundry room upstairs. PROS: The dining room is huge. Kitchen is well done with keeping area and double islands. Master closets are superb Bedrooms look like a good size and each has it's own bath I like the interior furnishings. Nice and not over the top except maybe the dining room. Nice big back yard with probably good views of the Valley from the second level balcony. Huge amounts of space in the house and back yard. Tall ceilings and open floorplan. Pocket windows that meet in a corner. That's always nice.
