@@ethanbennink7680 hey so I don’t know how much insight I can rly give since I’m coming from Cegep, but I would say as much as you love your social life, it may be put on the back burner for the first few weeks:( I made the mistake of caring too much about it and didn’t find a good balance with school. But then again it depends on your major and your priorities! I’m a Pharmacology major so your experience could be completely different if you’re going into ECONS or PSYCH

The application is usually due in January, and documents are usually due in May. I just have one question, ive looked onto their website for admission requirements and all, is it a must to have french proficiency proof in order to get in the program you want? (Because i literally know nothing in french)
Hiii!! I’m so happy this was helpful to you ☺️ you don’t have to have any French proficiency for the program you want. You do have the option to write your exams and assignments in French IF YOU CHOOSE, but that’s all! McGill is an English uni so it should not be a problem. Hello! I think you mentioned that you came from an IB school in the UAE. I'm going down the same course and graduating in 2023, and I was wondering if you have any tips or pieces of advice that you with you had in high school and especially IB??
YES! IB helped me so so so much because it prepared me in the sense of stress management, time management, and writing skills. my program is mostly writing so i would say try to leverage on the essay component of the IB because it will make ur life so much easier. i have another video where i go into more detail about ib&uni (its the one about applications to canadian unis)
depends on the club! some events are funded and some are student-funded. to complete your degree, you need 120 credits, so when you take minors it is part of the 120 credits (you're paying it either way). hope that helps!

depends on the club! some events are funded and some are student-funded.

its an english speaking university, but you can submit your essays/exams in french! There are french language and literature classes too.
