why is her 2ndary air source over her shoulders?

The girl has her 2ndary (yellow respirator) over her arm which is really dangerous. I'm surprised any diving instructor would let her enter the water like that.

Actually it is, if you were a good instructor you wouldnt let her go out like that. It restricts her right hand and could cause a problem for another diver in case of emergnecies. Theres a reason it is lower than the primary reg on the octo.

That's not a big deal at all. Secondary was in the pocket.
