@@vincent4724 i'm of the understanding he was always consistent, it's just that summoning one of those automatic snipers counted as one of his attacks. so for one of the 5s you mentioned, he would summon two phantom snipers in that time, and match up with the 7 that way. he's measured by actions, not attacks.

Welp she’s isn’t waifu but I guess I have to put her in the obligatory E2 list (just like Exu, Saria, Ifrit and now Liskarm). I enjoyed her combo with Ch’en anyway so I’m not losing anything by e2-ing her
Wait. Suzuran S2 is supposed to have infinite duration, but you can see the bar is decreasing. Does that mean one day the "infinite duration" will ran out?
No i think It the same as blaze S2 on Annihilation run the bar is decreasing slowly I think it just a game thing if that bar decrease intirely the skill will keep active (I think)
all infinite duration skills "duration" decrease with time, when they hit zero they just go back to full. so its just a really long duration that resets.
World record are risk 30 by both project ark and rhine's lab which I think project ark already has vid out in bilibili. So it is officially cleared. Also they still attempting risk 31 which might be possible as they say.

Imagine you have to count Faust's shot for 22 minutes
You don't need to, just look at Gravel redeployment time it's around 3rd or 4th shot of Faust
Thank god they made Faust more predictable. After the fourth normal shot he does a purple shot as opposed to the 5 5 7 and 3 3 4 patterns from before

everyone is using brawler bug to get high CC as boss cannot summon crossbow as brawlers are not killed at certain times to trigger summon.
that aint a bug, brawlers have high atk speed and liskarm provide sp per hit, both of them working as intended.
That ain't bug (2). There are some risks that allow you to summon the ballistas or not
Please read on up the risks before you talk nonsense please, there is no "bug", and crossbows are a risk you can choose or not
