As much as this scene is hilarious. If this happened in real life, I would be pissed she quite literally didn’t do anything wrong, she legit was trying to make it home carrying all those heavy as bags of shopping. And they had the audacity to do that. Please tell me they didn’t end up as the brother’s final partners 😭
She is attacked by a woman who is convinced that her brother is her boyfriend. Funny show. Can a show be built around IBS triggered by childhood humiliation trauma and initial hope for revenge as therapy? Yes it can! Think French farce and slapstick comedy in the first couple of episodes as many characters are introduced. Not all is as as it appears just on the surface. Show is all about physical appearance presumption mistakes, misunderstandings, how those start early in life, early emotional luggage/trauma, coping as adults, rules of attraction and finding/hoping for love or just misguided revenge. Clever premises. Besides that, went in to watch this for 2 reasons - AJH has always been a joy to watch as actor in well-chosen projects and because of a desire to support the team who completed with cast/production team in spite of terribly unfair vindictive stressful personal situation for him and too many others. Ep 1 had me laughing from the start with 'Despacito' as yet-again battered sister bears brunt of dealing with her brothers' jealous admirers and in desperation fails to take embarassing blackmail revenge photos... as usual. Happy to see that it's not a disappointment [4 episodes in] and look forward to watching entire thing. Watch out for rating downers from 'you know whom's' fans with an agenda that has nothing to do with this drama's acting or plot. (Btw - one central 'issue' (stress IBS) is realistic - my friend's brother dealt w/same for years for similar reasons).🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊 [You'll get emoji reference once you watch]
