Administrative named (IZRI BELKACEM) was born in 1879 district (at azza) town (ait lahcen) of beni yenni city in Algeria country. He was died in 04th april 1962. lhadj belkacem was a Algerian fiqh (islamic jurisprudence) and sufi saint, greatest mystical poet. Lhadj belkacem was one of the pioneers of the Qdiriyya tariqat (order) in Algeria, sufi order his derives it's name from Abd Al Qadir Al Jilani (Gilani) from Baghdad. He was taking part in Algerian war independence and revolution from 1954 to 1962 in one of the bigest revolution man (moudjahid) in (wilaya III) district of Algeria, he was died in 04th april 1962 at family father in district (at azza) after 19 th march 1962 the end of war algerian and he is buried in his zawiya at his mausoleum who has built by himself beteween period 1927 to 1962 and open by himself the hole tomb before some years for date of his died.

Désoler mais je ne sais qui vous êtes peut-être c est votre grand père mais juste pour vous rappeler il n.aimait pas les photos et s.il était parmis nous maintenant il aurait......détruit le mosoler sur votre tête car il serra vraiment contrarier de voir ces photos eperpier sur internet entre les mains de tous ....juste une remarque
