Toriel's is, of course, a somewhat peaceful tone.
Sans is just...Great. It's really good. He gives off this chill persona but then becomes terrifying when serious. Like in the games.
But then FLOWEY, They were able to make him SOUND manipulating and completely and utterly INSANE. Sure it may seem easy to that but once you try to sound maniacal while also trying to convince someone to murder a whole race, you'll realize that it's actually quite difficult. Plus the "Golly, Gee, that sounds really great" part is so catchy to me.

I just realized that Toriel, Flowey, and Sans are the ones singing because they represent the 3 route by either being the boss or causing the boss to even happen. Toriel represents the pacifist route because she is the one who attacks Asgore causing everyone to come to the throne room this letting Flowey absorb their souls to become Asriel, Flowey despite what you would think represents the Neutral route as he does in Asgore and absorbs the souls without any issues, and Sans represents the Genocide run for obvious reasons. The reason Flowey doesn't represent the Genocide run is because at the end he is literally begging the player to reset.

I think this Is more based on their personalities. Toriel strongly belives in pacifism and non-violence, sans doesn't give a fuck if you kill a Monster or two and Flowey , untill you arrive at New home, thinks that genocide Is "A WONDERFUL IDEA"cit.
So yeah....
In fact, Flowey can represent all three routes, the only one who really wants you to kill the monster, the one who directs you to the pacifist and the one in between.
