2015 is literally the last time I played CSGO lol. This shit is still what I imagine when I think of the game.
I hope some new gun sounds get added when source 2 comes out, something that's a mix between the new and old ones, or completely new ones. The old ones sound so good and authentic
yay but they are too Loud I remember getting ashamed when playing next to family members and the crazy loud sound of the snipers and assault rifles playing...
unpopular opinion but am i the only one who likes the new gun sounds better? idk if it's just me but so many of the old guns sounded the same

I really do miss old CSGO. It's when I started playing and seeing all these new character models and reworked maps makes me wish nothing ever changed. Long gone are the days of being called a hacker for immediately headshotting somebody through mid doors as they cross on Dust 2. Sure I could just jump down, but I don't want to.
Lol halftime chat mentioned in the first minute of the video. Halftime chat was where you had the full force of being able to trashtalk your opponents in more than just text, where you could hurl insults that would put you on a watch list, where you could find the most creative way to say that you experienced coitus with someone's mother in the most creative way possible, where the only competition was who could scream the loudest into their Dollar General webcam mic. It was where boys became men.

That makes me miss 2015. Such simpler times... I remember playing a lot of CSGO during that year and acquiring my first skins that I still hold to this day because back then, the market wasn't as big as it is now.
Kind of unfortunate that the server is EU based. Wish LegacyStrike had servers for NA.

You can do most of this in CS:GO servers via vscripts. Like restoring the old player models, the old weapon sounds, viewmodels, etc.

Warmup halftime and endgame allchat were an incredible opportunity to play mindgames on the opponent. Now warmup is a desolate silent place. And the other two aren't much better.
