It came the next day! My hips, legs, back and butt couldn't have been happier! I'm almost 5'11" and I ordered the largest size and it was perfect for me. I also have RLS (restless legs) and this helped so much.Pumping it up was a little challenging and definitely gives you a good arm workout, (I'm a 62 yo woman) but it's very doable. Getting the tape centered with the hole to inflate it and then getting the pin back in was also a little tricky. But I love my new "chair" and I love the torquiose color. Hopefully it will also get used for exercise. 😁

However, while going back to the original position, I am losing balance. Please share some tips on how to do it correctly :) Looking forward to your reply. Your exercises are great and yes not an easy one :) They are really deceptive as you say :)
I think it mostly takes practice and perseverance but the more leg you have on the ball, the easier it is. As you get stronger you move towards only having the tops of your feet on the ball. Hope that helps! xo

Barefoot is always a little harder - works all the tiny muscles in the feet - some people only train barefoot. It's really up to you! Either way is great!
Is it safe to do the abs exercises with pelvic prolapse issues. I need the abs but fear there might be too much pressure in the bladder/pelvic floor area. Any safe alternatives? Thank you.
These were great moves! From one instructor to another, maybe try giving a small 10 sec or so break in between each exercise so you can better explain the move without compromising the time or run through them a the beginning and let viewers decide whether to skip right to the circuit. Just a suggestion but I really did enjoy the video!

Yes, no music would be better than what is there. The music also makes it hard to hear your instruction. PLEASE take the music off so I can do your workout!!!!

It's a stability ball from muscleup.ca but you can find balls like these on amazon etc.

No - you can't stand on the ball. It's not stable enough. You would need a balance ball or BOSU for that.

That must be your body fat not your muscle mass.
