Like, it's actually embarrassing if you don't go to school and I know a lot of kids in my village who walk and pass, literally, 3 mountains just to go to school without any meals and they do that 4 times a day (to and from), I know because I did that for 4 years.

It's all in the economy. If our economy would be as booming as theirs what we perceive as expensive no here in the Ph will not be expensive. Some of the products are expensive to us simply because some of what we consume are not made locally but the idea is that any imported product should be sold at the same price as it is sold from its local market with the exception of tax and other fees when it comes into our country. Plus we're luckier, their taxes are exorbitant plus they have to pay mountains of bills and insurances etc

Maybe they are really lucky in terms of spending money in the Philippines but its just that, its only when they are in the Philippines... but when they are in their own country, its just more like the same from you... they do think the same from what filipinos thinking that lot of things in their own country are expensive... well, if you want to experience the same thing, going to another country without using so much money to buy anything you like... then go to a country that has a lower economy than what your country has... anyway, I think Philippines is not in the lowest spot so there is still some Country that you can go to try... when u convert 1Dollar in ph money it cost 47pesos I think,that's why its so cheap for the foreigners to buy here in Philippines....
Also some of the Filipino's are poor..cannot buy things from other countries that uses dollar money..for us 5 or more dollar is way more High than 100 Pesos..😇

I know. I was just expressing how I felt about how lucky those foreigners are.
It's all in the economy. If our economy would be as booming as theirs what we perceive as expensive no here in the Ph will not be expensive. Some of the products are expensive to us simply because some of what we consume are not made locally but the idea is that any imported product should be sold at the same price as it is sold from its local market with the exception of tax and other fees when it comes into our country. Plus we're luckier, their taxes are exorbitant plus they have to pay mountains of bills and insurances etc
thats because Nas is an American, and he earns and spends US dollars, thats why for him its cheaper. but for most Filipinos, its not.

Maybe they are really lucky in terms of spending money in the Philippines but its just that, its only when they are in the Philippines... but when they are in their own country, its just more like the same from you... they do think the same from what filipinos thinking that lot of things in their own country are expensive... well, if you want to experience the same thing, going to another country without using so much money to buy anything you like... then go to a country that has a lower economy than what your country has... anyway, I think Philippines is not in the lowest spot so there is still some Country that you can go to try...
