Does these CARE OR CRISIL RATING is provided by these entities voluntarily or should these be subscribed by the listed company (either as a matter of default compliance or naturally by default without any fee).
What if there is any difference between the rating agencies probabilistic forecasts?
How does (if any) SEBI takes this into account ?
Does this rating change with the nature of business or business sector and or in relevance to cyclical stocks and non-cyclical stocks or the company
Please post the same.
Also, please provide a glimpse of international ratings, if any, as a matter of comparison w r to indian accounting standards versus (example: AAAP - American accounting and audit practices

I think it is mandatory for the companies to get their Debt to get rated by these certified agencies. Ratings may have changes based on the changes in the company and sector.
