I saw a video where the reborn artist used Clear Nail Hardener on the eyes, to make cheaper acrylic eyes look like top notch expensive ones. The effect was gorgeous.

How many hours between each coating do you recommend before baking? I’m a beginner at reborning and soaking up all the education I need. I love your technique.

No flesh tones were added ? Little too mottled for me see them more as undertones . But didn't see the finished product maybe some flesh tones were put on to blend them under. Thanks for the information.

Mindy Loper red heads typically have a blueish undertone to their skin. Almost like the skin is more transparent. They are also paler then every other skin tone. So on my red heads I add a layer of laughter blue mottling and cream mottling to reflect that. I have a paper tutorial that walks you through step by step on 4 Caucasian skin tones. Do you bake the doll with the eyes in? Won’t they melt? Oh they are glass eyes and I guess they won’t melt.
