Hi Tatyana, I made this bisque this week and I love it. It is the third time I am cooking a recipe from your repertoire, you are the bomb. Thank you again for sharing. Sabine.
This creamy and smoky roasted red pepper bisque with bacon and parmesan cheese could be my next favorite soup of the day, as the texture melts on my taste buds, along with crispy bacon and cheese swizzle.❤🍲
Good Day Chef, perfect timing with this recipe, two days ago I made a batch of roasted red peppers, I do them whole then peel'em. Also got some double smoked bacon from my friends butcher shop. I made a New England style Cod Fish chowder last week and a little pepper puree was added. I'm going to have to go get some sweet potatoes tomorrow. I would have preferred to have gotten this recipe in the fall instead of spring 😊. Made the Nutella cheesecake, it came out nice. The 2 cheeses worked out well. Looking forward to your spring time menu. 🌻 Grazie per La Tua Amicizia Bella Panettiera. Dio Ti Benedica Mio Amica 🌷🌷🌷
Good morning! Double smoked bacon sounds incredible! I bet it adds so much great flavor to any recipe. I hope you enjoy this bisque, too. I'm so glad you enjoyed the Nutella cheesecake! A rich and decadent choice!
@@TatyanasEverydayFood Hi again, I only get the Double Smoked Bacon when I want to add that flavor. I don't use it for breakfast or on a sandwich, tooo much smokeyness, unless that's what you like. If you like smoked items you should try a deli meat called Lebanon Bologna. It's an Amish product, available in regular, sweet or 2X'smoked. It's made of beef and it has the consistency of Italian salami but taste nothing like it, rougher grind on the meat. You probably can Google it. I'm leaving after this chat to drop the cheesecake off, Rocher candy on the side. That soup looks like it would be nice to cut up a chicken and put the chicken and some soup in a crockpot and let the magic happen. As always, a pleasure, Thanks for the Chat. Ciao Bella. 🌷🌷🌷
@@edwardcarloni6356 I'll have to look for some in our area! My husband loves anything smoked and always asks me to prepare something on our smoker. I don't always have time to do it though! This soup would be fantastic with chicken, too! I had some great sausage on hand the other day and added that in. It was phenomenal!
@@TatyanasEverydayFood Good Day Chef, If you guys like smoked items you will love the Lebanon Bologna. I was thinking about cooking a whole cut up chicken in the soup, using it as a sauce. My mom use to always make a pepper soup for her church social suppers, they all loved it. Did you use the Grano Padano cheese.? Hope you get to try the Bologna. Have a Blessed and Beautiful Day. Ciao Bella Panettiera, Grazie. 🌷🌷🌷
Tatyana, Congratulations on another awesome video. My wife make a red bell pepper cream sauce that goes well over lobster ravioli. Give it a try sometime. As always. It’s a pleasure to watch your videos. God Bless.

Hi Tatyana. Hope you're well? I've gotten into making soups this winter and am looking forward to trying this. I'm not a fan of sweet potato and am wondering if there's a work around? Regular spuds maybe?
Hi Graham! Thank you for watching! I love soups year round but especially for winter months! Yes, regular potato would work well, too. I add in the sweet potato to thicken the soup a bit. Enjoy!
cant wait to make this for me soon for the bisque can i use mushrooms / vegan butter / almond milk and vegan parmesan cheese i neber had roasted red pepper bisque before perfect for raining days in Singapore and after office meals
I just wanna come back and say this is delicious. Exactly the recipe I need to use up my veggies. I roasted some of the onions too ❤️. I mixed in some sour cream that needs to be used up 😁Thanks for the recipe.
This looks sooo delicious! Wow! And, seriously, I know I have said this before, but there is something so satisfying when I see ppl actually taste their food in nthe end. I hate watching YT cooks who make food and then not try it at the end. Drives me crazy! To me, that is the best part seeing them dig in and show how good it turned out. Its like making a cake and then not cut into it to show us the inside. So thank you for trying your food. Loved that you went in with that toast at the end also. That part made me crave this soup even more! Anyways, another great recipe. You seriously deserve to have several million subscribers! All your recipes are so amazing! 💚💛🧡😋🤗
Thank you so much for watching and for your support!! :) By the time I'm done filming, I'm starving so getting to taste at the end is a bonus and a must for me! Glad you enjoy the taste test! :)
We LOVE roasted red pepper soup. But I don’t make it often because peeling the skin off the peppers after roasting them is a chore for me. I didn’t see you peel the skins, so I’m wondering if you notice a difference in the texture/consistency of the soup without peeling?
We love it, too! I personally never peel the peppers for soup. My blender does a really good job of blending everything together. I find you have a fuller flavor by leaving the peel on. Enjoy!

There’s lots of good nutrients in skins too, same with most vegetables. Potatoes for instance have vitamin C in the skin.
Hi Tatyana i have a question, Isn't a bisque a soup that is usually eaten cold? Maybe i'm wrong but, it never hurts to ask ! thanks for sharing !

Bisque is a French classic with crustaceans no? Unless this is veggy, still look rly good though
Traditionally, yes but nowadays, any pureed soup is called a bisque, at least here in California :)
Are you American or Canadian?
