Great video, most lakes near me in North Georgia are full of spotted bass so I love fishin small jigs and tubes like that, especially in the fall. BUT DANG, if I was fishin jigs with you I'd go crazy how fast your fishin around those docks. I like to go slow....LOL... pretty sure I'd just pick up a small square bill and start throwing it.
Kyle if you trailer the boat with the cover on, get 2 tennis balls and put a slit in each of them and put them on the arms of the mount for the graph you remove. It will keep the mount from wearing a hole in your cover.
My home lake the north end is where the largemouth are and the south end is choked with smallmouth. Most of the smallies are dinks anymore sadly. Did catch a spot for the first time there a couple of weeks ago
I just moved to north Anniston/ Weaver Area Alabama and wondering what to expect spots/large mouth in the lakes around here,. Moved out of Florida next to Lake Toho cause to much traffic and congestion. Love Bama so far. Probably not going to beat my PB of 10.8 but I heard might catch a 7 if I'm lucky
I honestly love spots. They are usually super aggressive and always grouchy. Especially in the creeks. Now is prime time with the plopper in the skinny water.
I've never just fished for spots, but I definitely like their aggressive nature, it's always fun catching them, great video, can't wait for the next one!

Remember KDub! Spots and Small mouths actually like to injure or disarm their prey b4 eating it, depending on the size an the aggressiveness of their prey,because of their small mouths. How many Spots an SM you see choking on prey they thought they could eat and floating about to die.

FFS Isn’t long for pro fishing u can believe me if you want but there is a GIANT MOVEMENT NOT TO WATCH PRO FISHING AT ALL UNTIL THAT IS BANNED. I can do that with FFS. And I couldn’t without it. Why not sit at home and play an Xbox fishing game. It’s just as impressive to be good at a video game and you can stay out of the weather!

I'm at lake gaston NC we've had spots in here for several years. Every once in a while you run into some 4 + pounders.
