Thank you all for these videos. Every morning I wake up, do the daily readings and have my coffee while listening to these reflections. It’s become a part of my morning routine and I look forward to them during the week. I love the different perspectives each of you bring to the Gospels. Glory to Jesus Christ! 🙂
Thank you for all your reflections sir. I would like to learn more. May you be blessed with more mission in making us understand the WORD easier. Thank you and God Bless.
I absolutely love the Ignatius study Bible but this is the New Testament only. When, oh when, will the Old Testament study Bible be completed? I understand it’s an enormous undertaking, but so needed. God bless for your love and commitment to Him.
In both Exodus and Deuteronomy the listing seems to group 5 and 5 commandments, not so obviously 3 and 7. Even in English, the words "LORD your God" seems to group the first five, with the rest another group of five. I've read Jewish commentaries which highlights this wording, as a lesson which commandments refer to God, and which apply to our fellow human beings. We are not commanded to love our parents (which may not be possible at an emotional level, for example) but to honor them and that commandment follows the commandment to honor God, Himself. So that when we honor them, we are honoring God as well.

Can someone share the Shema in the English script? I love the explanation based on typology linking the Old and the New.
You can find the Shema in Deuteronomy 6:4🙏❤
