@@rayzaria i don’t know if your PC is just as ancient as mine, but it’s really only a problem if you’ve set the autosave feature to every 5 minutes and the option for a pop up that tells you its saving. i think everyone’s default setting for autosave is 15 minutes so don’t worry too much d(￣ ￣)

Hey I'm a clip studio enjoyer and for the rendering-merge-layers phase you can put all layers in a folder, duplicate, and "merge selected layers" so you don't lose all the previous layers, but you have a new one to work on! Just hide the other folder so it doesn't get in the way
Your computer might explode though so you can also right click the folder and do "merge visible to new layer" (this will include the background color, so just hide it before you do this step if you don't want that)
