Hi Payal, nice smoothie...you can also add chia seeds powder. It’s full of calcium. I make smoothie sometimes with soya milk, flax and chia seeds powder, banana, spinach, I add saffron, nutmeg and cardamom the at night in the cup with soya milk and use that in the morning and the flavor comes so delicious. U should try that.

Today in your vlog I could see myself and my mom ,when it comes in being a mother and our emotions to our children,I strongly believe apart from our unconditional love for them we definitely should have our life...our routine...our interests and hobbies.
My mom she had neither,her world was jus us,now that am married and came far away and my brother n father busy with their lifes...she feels all alone I feel very sorry for her but presently in a helpless situation n later now I realized am jus being my mom...keeping my life aside n devoted to my kid n family..I have decided to change this ,for me my family is my world but I need to create my own world which is not dependent on anyone else...hoping I will achieve it!

As a mother we should be protective about of child,so what if the child grows up and finds her own life. on this Earth there is probably the only relationship which is selfless!!. why to think if tomorrow the child will look after me or not.As a mom we would be happy to see our child successful and happy wherever they are.
