I have a broken heart . My husband of twenty years rejected me and married another woman . I felt betrayed and cheated . Sorry you're going through that. I was just like that when my marriage ended, same situation as yours. Just know that it wasn't anything that you did, but what the other person did. Please don't let him tell you how much he still loves you, when you can see for yourself that it's not anything to do with his love for you, he is doing that to keep you from moving on mentally from him, and he is testing the waters out with the other lady, and holding on to you, just in case things don't work out with him and the other lady, and also to control you at the same time, again I had lived that. Yes, it was hard and it hurt, but once I let go, there was no returning, it was the best feeling when that day came. You have to use your faith and trust in God to get you through that time and He will give you the strength. Do things that you like to do to keep you busy, be around family and friends for moral support. I also had a child by my ex husband which made it even harder because I had to see him whenever he came to pick him up, and that was hard too, I don't know if you have children with him, but if you don't that should make the transition even easier. The heart wants what it wants, even though it may not be what's best for us. Again stay busy, "an idle mind is the devil's workshop." Once you are busy you will find yourself not even thinking that much about him, but be warned, when he feels that you have moved on, he will try to come back to pull you back in, but don't let him because most of the time it's too use you. Continue to ask God for strength and He will give it to you, this is my testimony too. God bless you.

Thank you for this video it's just what I needed to hear, a deeper understanding of Why iam going through these feelings so strongly even when I have prayed for it to be taken away, IF this person isn't the one for me.... only to lead me deeper feelings for him Knowingly he is going to be the one to break my heart...like loving him is a loosing game...I.know now All I have to do is to Trust God's plan for my life. Strangely, the title immediately makes me think that the entire idea of FREE WILL goes out the window, if GOD can harden your heart, soften your heart, modify the thoughts of others toward you, create or pave a path for you...at some point, either mine, yours or someones FREE WILL i manipulated in order for a blessing or a curse to be brought to fruition. So, maybe the FREE WILL we have in itself is literally stuck within a very small type of parameters because theres no way we have 100% FREE WILL yet GOD, the system, events or people could easily destroy or add value to our lives.
Kind of like JONAH...Jonah obviously was too afraid to do GODs WILL, YET GOD destroyed Jonahs FREE WILL and forced him to do HIS WILL. Thats just one of many examples.
