Could you make a video about the Topcon 35-S rangefinder? I used to have one a long time ago; a double stroke which felt supremely smooth. The coating on the viewfinder seemed to de-silver so it was difficult to focus. Had to let it go but it was a great feeling shooter. Now I have an Olympus 35-S but I still miss the Topcon.
Thank you for firing the shutters this time! This made the video much more satisfying to watch. Especially since the EC 2's shutter is a very unusual sounding one - at least to my ears. I have a lot of cameras from the 60's and 70's (mostly Yashica) and I don't think one of them makes this kind of sound when the shutter button is travelling UP. Is this typical of the Seiko ESF shutter?
Burial plots, vintage cameras and a laundry emergency. Better than Netflix.
I always enjoy your stories about life in Tokyo! Thanks for another great video.
Just few weeks ago put a roll of Velvia 50 through my Trip 35 - perfect exposures - would not hesitate to use any slide film in it!
Great videos! Thank you 😊
Have you heard of the Olympus 35 LE? I can't seem to find much on it 😕

Which would you choose between the Olympus trip 35mm and the AF-1 Zuiko 35mm? Are you familiar with the latter?
