YAY! I can see the relief and relaxation on your faces when y’all walked onboard the Discovery Princess. I was blessed to sail on Discovery in Aug/Sep 2022 to Alaska, r/t out of Seattle. Everything about the vessel was amazing. Great vlog!🥰

I love the Princess Live area on that ship….so nice to have tables to play trivia! I was excited for banana ice cream. Princess has great TV viewing in the room…great way to relax at the end of the night. Have a great cruise.
The Princess Live area really was great! We saw lots of people there playing cards and games when there wasn’t a trivia or event happening there

My first cruise on Princess was a Mexican Riviera cruise in 2006 on the Sapphire Princess. I was so excited to get on a “Love Boat” cruise.
How was the sapphire?! We haven’t been on that ship!

Loved your VLOG about the Mexican Rivera, we are doing that same cruise in March. We also did a California Coastal Cruise last year on The Discovery Princess. Loved it so much we booked this next cruise. Going to look into an Alaska Cruise also. Great Job, Loved the review of The Catch

Just found your channel after returning yesterday from our first ever cruise aboard Princess Discovery from LA to Ensenada. A very short cruise with my siblings and ours spouses. We were introduced to this 'sample size' 4-night starter cruise, by my sister and brother in-law who have been on 15 cruises around the world. Now we are hooked. We absolutely loved the experience and our small balcony stateroom. As you said, we found the cleanliness and the hospitality to be out of this world. Incidentally, the Carribean Black Bean soup was the best soup I have ever tasted. We also had fun playing the Yes-No game, where I famously failed quickly, and was dubbed 15-Second Ted. Also so much fun with Trivia, Oz, the Assistant Cruise Director, was our favorite! Thanks for sharing your experience!

I was on the Discovery in May 2022 when she was almost brand new! Going on her again in a few weeks. Yay!

We just left from that port on Royal Caribbean when we took our cruise to Ensenada. Took me back to that day ☺️

@@LeggLife it was our first.. we really enjoyed it. Went with another couple and enjoyed the adult time. Restaurants were good and lots of entertainment. You guys always made it look so fun. We were glad to get to go.

Have been planning to do cruise to Mexican Riviera and was hoping to do it on Discovery Princess. Unfortunately she is not sailing in Mexico in 2025/2026 season, think she will be in South Pacific and Australia then. However, we are doing our first Alaska cruise this year on Ruby 😃 Thanks for sharing your cruise on Discovery!

Hello There. My wife and I will be celebrating 35 years of wedded bliss in 2027. I know it is a bit far off, but I want to try and surprise her. She is a huge Love Boat fan and we still watch the reruns today. I have always known that I have wanted to surprise her with a Princess Cruise; then I heard the horn on your VLog and knew I wanted to take her on one for our Anniversary. So all the Princess ships have that Horn sound? Also, we have only done Disney (8 in total) is Princess comparable in cost/what you get? We have done 2 Disney just us. Sorry this is so long. I Love that I found you-through Adventures in Millerland. Also, lol, are you planning another viewer cruise?

Where in the ship is the best cabin not to feel the rocking of the ship as much?
Looks amazing. Just spent the last week on the Wonder for the first time. They had banana ice cream and thought of you Adam but missed trying it. Had blueberry ice cream for the first time and that was pretty good! No churro waffles all week though 😢

So much cheaper than Disney and far fewer kids. A relaxing experience for adults. Looking forward to seeing the rest of your cruise. I just Cruised Disney in early December and I just don’t think the value is there anymore. Leaving on a Holland America next Sunday.

Hi, I’m a bit late to the party…. I happen to see videos of you in adventures in Miller land videos they said that I could follow you. Lol, i’m looking a lot of cruising videos because I’m really interested of going into a cruise for the first time. I don’t know if I should go on a Disney cruise or a princess cruise for my Milestones Birthday early in 2025 😊
You guys are awesome, I went on this ship to Alaska in Sept, had a wonderful time (except the rain) the ship and crew were all excellent!! That was my first cruise how do you top that? My kids took their families on the same cruise you’re on the week of Christmas they had such a good time, what memories!! ♥️ I love your videos and this week in particular will be great to see!! Have been planning to do cruise to Mexican Riviera and was hoping to do it on Discovery Princess. Unfortunately she is not sailing in Mexico in 2025/2026 season, think she will be in South Pacific and Australia then. However, we are doing our first Alaska cruise this year on Ruby (9th one on Princess)😃 We did our first cruise on Disney last year but sticking with Princess from now on - was good experience but not worth the extra price. Thanks for sharing your cruise experience on Discovery!
We spent our honeymoon on the Discovery ship outta LA. Loved it! PS do you guys ever watch The Love Boat re-runs in bed at night? We love doing that when on a Princess cruise 😂
On our last cruise we did watch love boat episodes! It’s so fun to watch those while on the love boat!

Design mistake … the showers in balcony and inside rooms is soooo small
Looks like you went to bed early and missed the helicopter medical evacuation that night.
We were awake for it, but didn’t feel right videoing that since the captain asked for no photos or videos of the procedure. How crazy that we had TWO people get taken off via helicopter on the cruise! We will certainly talk about that in our cruise review video next week!
Do you ever feel claustrophobic in an inside state room?
We never have. We love the inside rooms! They are dark and quiet, so we sleep well. And costs have let us cruise more often in the past!
How far is the Queen Mary from the port?
Hmm, I think a few miles away. The Queen Mary is at the port of long beach, and we cruised out of Los Angeles World Cruise Center.
