"You foolish Galatians" comes to mind when trying to watch this video... "Who has bewitched you? Did you first receive the Spirit by the works of the law, or by hearing with faith?"
@@markharris1342 Acts 15? The Gentiles of Acts 15 were not under the law? Then why is it that in verse 20 of Acts 15 we see them sending the new converts of the the Synagogue on Sabbath to learn Moses? Wouldn't that be counter productive? Sending new converts who were trying to figure everything out over to the Synagogue on Sabbath to learn the law they weren't required to keep? 1 John 3:4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law. So, if sin exists, the law exists. And if sin is the TRANSGRESSION of said law, then that means the law is still being broken, if it is still being broken that means it is still in effect. The idea that the law that was called "Perfect" and "Eternal" in the Psalms is NOW for SOME REASON no longer perfect and not actually eternal is mind boggling. Ask yourself, who benefits from a lawless people? Why did Jude warn so sternly against those who teach lawlessness? Jude 1:4 For certain individuals whose condemnation was written about long ago have secretly slipped in among you. They are wicked people, who pervert the grace of our Elohim into a license for immorality and deny Yahshua Messiah our only Sovereign and Master. Wait, I thought that the death of Messiah REMOVED the law? How then are these wicked men able to teach that grace gives one license for sin? Unless, they were teaching that the law was no longer in effect? Teaching that Messiah's sacrifice gives you the ability to sin, as the law is no longer in effect? How exactly is teaching people that the law is done away with and we are living under grace ANY DIFFERENT from what Jude warned against? Do we REALLY believe that the grace alone doctrine is new? Hardly, Jude felt it necessary to write to the to "Contend for the faith once delivered to the saints". Why? Wouldn't grace cover all of this? Why was Jude so distraught over this doctrine? Could it be that the "Law" that was done away with was not the "Perfect" "Eternal" law of Yahweh, but rather the man made laws that per plaguing Israel? The Rabbinical additions to the law that were taught as if Yahweh Himself spoke them? Mark 7:1-8 Now when the Pharisees gathered together to him, with some of the scribes, who had come from Jerusalem, they saw that some of his disciples ate with hands defiled, that is, unwashed. (For the Pharisees, and all the Jews, do not eat unless they wash their hands, observing the tradition of the elders; and when they come from the market place, they do not eat unless they purify themselves; and there are many other traditions which they observe, the washing of cups and pots and vessels of bronze.) And the Pharisees and the scribes asked him, “Why do your disciples not live according to the tradition of the elders, but eat with hands defiled?” And he said to them, “Well did Isaiah prophesy of you hypocrites, as it is written, ‘This people honors me with their lips, but their heart is far from me; in vain do they worship me, teaching as doctrines the precepts of men.’ You leave the commandment of Yahweh, and hold fast the tradition of men.” These are the laws that Yahshua Messiah's death took away, mans laws that he had elevated to the level of Yahweh's laws and even superseded them. Messiah NEVER worked to undo His Father's work. Why would He? After all, Psalm 19:7-10 The law of Yahweh is perfect, converting the soul; The testimony of Yahweh is sure, making wise the simple; The statutes of Yahweh are right, rejoicing the heart; The commandment of Yahweh is pure, enlightening the eyes; The fear of Yahweh is clean, enduring forever; The judgments of Yahweh are true and righteous altogether. More to be desired are they than gold, Yea, than much fine gold; Sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb. Ask yourself, what part of that did Messiah need to change? What part of that was too much for us to bear? What part of that was wrong? Lastly, I'll ask again. Who benefits from a lawless society? Yahweh NEVER changes his standards. If He allowed Himself to just change the standard, why not simply change it? Why send His son to die? Malachi 3:6 "For I am Yahweh, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed."
The key to unlocking many of the Bible's true theology is access to a messianic, Hebrew and Jewish Bible, since I have been learning basic Hebrew words the Bible has opened to me. Thank you.
I want to thank you for making RUclips videos that way other people can watch these videos on their free time, they really do help me with everything going on in this world.
Hi there I've been struggling greatly with what church I should belong too and what is true. The catholic church claims that the bible was put together by them and that this was the church that Jesus Christ established and that we need guidance to understand that bible they gave us. I heard that once you look into church history you will become catholic. Please pray for me
The Hebrew Bible in it's entirety was found in the caves of Qumran. Every single book was represented here long before the Church ever existed. The authority of the Church is self imposed. First of all, the Roman Catholic Church was not really around as an organization in the first couple hundred years of the Christian Church. The Christian church was under persecution, and official church gatherings were very risky in the Roman Empire due to the persecution. Catholicism, as an organization with a central figure located in Rome, did not occur for quite some time in spite of its claim they can trace the papacy back to Peter. But beyond their own traditions, there is no evidence of this. The Catholics didn't "Put together" the Bible, the Bible has always been the inspired word of Yahweh, we didn't need the Catholic Church to tell us that. They sometimes claim this when defending their "Sacred Tradition," so that they might support extra-biblical teachings such as purgatory, penance, indulgences, and Mary worship. Second, the Christian Church recognized what was Scripture. It did not establish it. This is a very important point. The Catholic Church recognizes what Yahweh has inspired and pronounces that recognition. In other words, it discovers what is already authentic. Yahshua said "my sheep hear my voice and they follow me..." (John 10:27). Never did Messiah say "Add your own traditions to the word". You do not need to be a Catholic to see that. You do not need to be a Catholic to hear the words of the Messiah and follow Him. Third, the Catholics claim to have given us the Bible, but are they really claiming responsibility for the Old Testament? Yahweh's people recognized the word of Yahweh LONG before the Catholics came along and tried to claim that only by their authority can we interpret scripture. Fourth, When the apostles wrote what we call the 'New Testament" they were inspired by the Holy Spirit, there really wasn't an issue of whether or not they were authentic, Peter calls Paul's Epistles "Scripture" 2 Peter 3:16. Yahweh allowed men long before the Catholic Church to decide what was included in the Scripture. Fifth, Scripture says in 2 Pet. 1:20-21"But know this first of all, that no prophecy of Scripture is a matter of one's own interpretation, for no prophecy was ever made by an act of human will, but men moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from Elohim," The scriptures are inspired by the Holy Spirit, coming from Yahweh Himself, the very nature of the of the inspired documents is that they carry the authenticity in themselves, they are not bestowed power or authenticity by decision of a Church council. The Church has lent itself authority that was never given and have exploited this fact for They have placed their man made traditions above what scripture permits men do. 1 Cor. 4:6, "Now these things, brethren, I have figuratively applied to myself and Apollos for your sakes, that in us you might learn not to exceed what is written, in order that no one of you might become arrogant in behalf of one against the other." The Church has had it's fair share of issues and giving itself authority over the interpretation of Yahweh's word is chief among them. Scripture says in Philippians 2:12 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. We are not to rely on a man made organization to decide our salvation. We can certainly help and guide each other in righteousness, but ultimately, your salvation in between you and Yahweh. I hope this helps!
@@YahwehsRestorationMinistry thank you so much for your quick and informative reply! I do have another concern, Hebrews 10:25 And let us watch out for one another to provoke love and good works, not neglecting to gather together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging each other, and all the more as you see the day approaching” I used to despise church for various reasons until it was placed in my heart the importance and need for it, but where should I go?
Well, I suppose that depends on what you are looking for. Too often Churches are treated like social clubs. While the verse you mentioned does advocate for the gathering together of ourselves, and that is important as scripture says in Proverbs 27:17: As iron sharpens iron, So a man sharpens the countenance of his friend. We also must be pursuing truth together. If the Church you attend is not pursuing truth, whats the point? While I could simply say "Just watch us" and leave it at that, we believe that you should prove all things and hold fast to that which is good. 1 Thessalonians 5:21 I advise you start studying and Yahweh will show you where you need to be. I am totally where you are. I was Protestant. Then turned Catholic because I was guided it was the one true religion. Then, I started questioning its beginning and all the rules it carried. Something never feltright. I kept searching and found this. Seek and you shall find. Well i have found. Totally feel i have now found the truth.
I like the comment that we must lay aside traditions and search the scriptures and prove to our self what is true and that the Greek testament is an extension of the Hebrew testament showing that all scriptures are inspired of Yahweh..... Have a question Since Yahshua says that even when we think bad thoughts we are sinning. How can we over come that.
Very good and perplexing question Mary. I guess to answer it would be to interject the Messiah back into the discussion. Without him and his grace, we cannot attain salvation or defeat our carnal minds and sins 100 percent. I believe Yahshua was waking us up to the fact that we need to always be aware of how bad we sin even in our thoughts. We can only overcome it with his blood and not the blood of bulls and goats which only covered the sin but didn't wash it away.
Yes Thank you that's why I always pray incessantly constantly praying for Holy Spirit and repenting and trying developing the mind of the Messiah. I watch the live broadcast every Sabbath and I am in your out reach program. Yahweh has Blessed me with all your faith strengthening encouragement we all receive from the well thought out sermons. I have never seen nicer office than yours. Very good taste. Why don't you see you tube testemonies of Near Death Experiences. Regardless of religion or their background all of them have same or similar testemonies. Before you do it , it is best to pray to Elohim first to speak to you. Be blessed and praise be to YHWH.
In Matthew 5:17-19 Yahshua says that those who keep and teach Yahweh’s Law will have great treasures in Yahweh’s Kingdom:“Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.”Yahshua came not to destroy the Law, but to fulfill or complete it, as the Greek indicates. Yahshua said those who uphold and teach the Law will be blessed with honorable positions in the Kingdom, but those who refuse to keep it and teach others the same fallacy of non-obedience will not be blessed and will not inherit any position.Yahshua was not the only advocate for Yahweh’s Law. We find the Apostle Paul, who is usually cited as being against the law, inRomans 3:31 in fact promoting lawkeeping: “Do we then make void the law through faith? Yahweh forbid: yea, we establish the law.”Paul never said that Yahweh’s Law wasn’t important. Many will say that all we need is faith. Paul says that we need both faith and law. We are not to throw out the Law because of faith, but as Paul says we are to establish it within our lives. In Romans 7 we find the Apostle Paul again promoting Yahweh’s Law: “Know you not, brethren, (for I speak to them that know the law,) how that the law has dominion over a man as long as he lives?…What shall we say then? is the law sin? Yahweh forbid. Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet…Wherefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good” (Rom. 7:1, 7, 12).
simple answer is, heaven and earth are still here....and no, all has not been fulfilled as we are still here and He has not returned. Good question though
So Jesus did not stone the woman caught in adulatory as the law requires. He healed the lepers which the law requires to be left alone. He worked on the Sabbath. He healed on the Sabbath. So how is it you say he followed all the laws of the old testament?
A leper was unclean and to be alone outside camp sure, but where does it say that it was wrong to heal him? Lev 13 shows how to deal with lepers, however, Lev 14 is dedicated to how to deal with lepers that have been healed. So even then there were lepers being healed. The priests had to go out and check on these people, so obviously they were not completely avoided. Where does it say in scripture that Healing on the Sabbath is a sin? Yahshua explained that the priests worked doubly hard in the temple on the Sabbath yet are innocent. Matthew 12:5 There are certain works that have to be done on the Sabbath, such as running the Temple, or the march around Jericho, or in the off chance you see someone in need, Luke 14:5. However, we are not to take the exceptions to the rule and make them common place if we can help it. For example, we do not have a Temple other than our bodies to maintain, so we should not have to work on the Sabbath in that regard. The law your thinking of is the law of the Pharisees that the Messiah and Paul both worked to undo, as it was added to the word and made equal to Yahweh's commands, even though they were man made doctrines. As far as the woman caught in adultery goes: John 7:53 - 8:11. The genuineness of this passage is in question. The following maintain that this entire pericope is missing from the early manuscripts: NRSV Harper Collins Study Bible; NIV Study Bible; Aramaic English New Testament; The King James Study Bible. The Jamieson, Fausset, and Brown Commentary reads, "It is wanting in the four oldest manuscript-the newly-discovered Codex Sinaiticus ('Aleph'), the Alexandrian Codex (A), the Codex Vaticanus (B), and the Codex Ephraemi Rescriptus (C) - and in four other valuable Uncial manuscript, although two of these have a blank space, as if something had been left out; it is wanting also in upwards of 50 Cursive manuscript: of ancient versions, it is wanting in the venerable Peshito Syriac and its Philoxenian revision, in one and probably both the Egyptian versions-the Thebaic and Memphitic-the Gothic, probably the Armenian, and two or three copies of the Old Latin: several of the fathers take no notice of it-as Origen, Tertullian, Cyprian, Cyril, Chrysostom: it is wanting in the most ancient tables of the sectional contents of the Gospels, though afterward inserted as an additional section: the variations in the manuscript which insert it exceed in number and extent those in any other part of the New Testament: and of those manuscript which insert it, four Uncials and upwards of fifty Cursives have an asterisk or other critical mark attached to it, as subject to doubt or requiring investigation."
Also if this passage is genuine, about the woman. The law dictates that both parties of adultery were to be brought to the judges. They.only brought the woman. They broke the law. Yahshua could not lay correct judgment on only the woman.
When I get more money,I want to buy they Restoration Study Bible and knowing me I would buy more than one and passing these books out like Candy.Unfornately on disability and with covid-19 I'm having hard time.I thought I wanted to get into a training program, but everything is done online. With me having a learning disability I'm having difficulties doing research about the class and when they start and what classes are online.Back in the day not everything was done online.I never has a phone when I was kid.My first phone that I had was lg Cosmo straight talk phone and I was 18 when I got my first phone. With Covid-19 I beginning to realize that people are loosing the ability to communicate face to face.I know back in the day someone would have helped me with doing research, but into today's world people all about themselves and don't care if someone is having a hard time.I know not everyone in this world is like this, because when I was in Grangeville,Id a wise man bless me with a book called"I'm Yahuah,That Is My Name by Lee White Yashayua 42:8" I read this book two times and skim through it, after my second time I read it I understand the whole book. Now when I go to church I know that listening to a paster doesn't satisfy my hunger nor my thirst.I'm also having a hard time finding a group of people who believe in the same thing as me,so Im basically just doing my own bible study and watching RUclips videos likes yours.I really do enjoy listening to you speak, because I believe you teaching people the truth about Yahuah and Yeshuah. For now I have Jewish complete study bible for Jews/Christians and KJV.Sometimes books are the best gift to give someone like the person who gave me the Yahuah book, which helped me be spiritual awake.I protected this book while I was homeless, lock up in jail,in mental hospital, and even when I was on the streets. This book is 4 years old and mabey even 5 years old. While I was out on the streets in portland, Oregon someone wanted to burn my face-but it didn't happen. I was holding a small Bible on my coat pocket and knowing me my Yahuah book was in my suitcase being protected.
Romans 7:1 Know ye not, brethren, (for I speak to them that know the law,) how that the law hath dominion over a man as long as he liveth? The Apostle Paul uses 3 laws, the old covenant law, the new covenant law and the law of sin and death, the last simply says, If you sin you are going to die. Adam was the first to fall under this law, as God said he would. Even Jesus born was under this law! Romans 6:23 The wages of sin is death. Note that sin is singular in this text. Romans 6:23 ; but the gift of God [is] eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord The Lord Jesus Christ paid the sin debt for every sin, the only sin man is responsible for is the rejection of this free gift 0f eternal life John 3 :16 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Hope this helps Tony
What is wrong with the word church? The first complete English bible was the Tyndale bible in about 1524, and that bible DID NOT USE the word "church" anywhere in its pages, it used the word "congregation." Sometime after this bible, they started replacing the word "congregation" with the word "church." Now, some people might say we're just mincing words; they say, "Church, assembly, what's the difference?" "You know what I mean when I say Church." But words are very, very important according to the Word of Father YAHweh. The following verses tell us that one of the duties of all followers of the resurrected Hebrew Messiah is to diligently look at the words to describe His Body. Matthew 4:4, "It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of Father YAHweh." Matthew @-37, "But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. For by your words you shalt be justified, and by your words you shalt be condemned." Proverbs 6:2, "You are snared with the words of your mouth, you are taken with the words of your mouth." Proverbs 30:5-6, "Every word of Father YAHweh is pure: He is a shield unto them that put their trust in him. Do NOT add to nor take away from Father YAHweh’s words, lest He reproves you , and you be found to a be a liar." They used it in the Septuagint as a replacement of the Hebrew for the "congregation of Israel." Now, if we go to the modern word studies on ekklesia, they'll always point to the secular meaning of the Greek, that it was a group of citizens called together. They rarely go to the original meaning. The first time it's spoken in the New Testament, by YAHshua, is at MatthithYAH @, "…And I say also to you, That you are Kepha ( Peter,) and upon this rock I will build My ekklesia…" In 325 AD, "The Church" joined the State under Constantine, and it was carried through the Reformation. The Reformers, were all involved in civil government, such as John Calvin who set up the civil government in Geneva. The pope was the head of the Catholic Church and he was kicked out of England, and King Henry VIII took jurisdiction over the Church. And then when the King James version was translated, it was very important for them to retain the word "church" because they had jurisdiction over it, so King James made fifteen specific edicts, as far as the translation goes, and one of those edicts (edict number three) stated that this bible was to retain the word "church" in the translation and it was not to be replaced with the word "congregation." That was his specific edict. He has no jurisdiction over the congregation (people), but he does over the church (physical buildings). So you can see he never wanted the word "assembly" associated with the original meaning of the Old Testament which meant "congregation." So he knew the correct translation, obviously, but he didn't want it in there, that way they retain control over "the church." For example, the New Testament, at Hebrews @, quotes the Old Testament, at Psalms @, word for word. The word "congregation" in the Greek is "ekklesia." But since King James forbade replacing this Greek word with "congregation" (the true interpretation), it was replaced with a word which has a totally different meaning: Psalms @, "I will declare Your Name to my brethren: in the midst of the congregation will I praise to You Oh Father YAHweh." Hebrews @, "Saying, I will declare Your Name unto my brethren, in the midst of the church will I sing praise unto thee." And if you go into congregations that were gathered in circles, that's what the pagans did, they gathered in prayer circles, that's all pagan religions. After reading that comment, you might see why that word "Church" was adopted, because so many of the people that were being brought into the Church were of pagan origins, and they accommodated those pagans. The Roman Catholic System has introduced so many pagan rituals and beliefs into the Pure Message of YAHShua, it has tried with all it’s might to change this faith and it’s Hebrew origins, into a pagan Rome philosophy. The secular (Catholic) lord(s) always had jurisdiction of the Church because it was their realm. 1 Cor. 8: 5 For even though there are many called gods (elohim), whether in heaven or on earth (As there are many gods; elohim, and many lords; baalim). Every church is set up by the father of lies old sneaky snake from the garden. @t
SO... are y'all saving souls with your message or should the true gospel of salvation be taught that one may be saved and be led by His spirit to discern the truth of this topic after the first and most important message in which we are commissioned to preach... if you agree that we are not saved by works then what is the gospel message and are you spreading that? or are you taking on another role that you've chosen to supersede that which has been set forth? Faith in Jesus, repentance and baptism was always what was preached and what was done prior to conversion. My friend, you have many good points but I think that you are missing many core understandings of the gospel message that is to be presented for converting souls. Thank you for your video.
I believe God almighty change his people name to Israel. Where did the word Jewish come from? The old name was Hebrews, or Israelites. Yes Christ was Hebrew, and Jewish was a newer name. Thank you, you said it in this video
The apostle Peter gave this testimony: “Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved” (Acts 4:12). However, we have many names for Christ: Jesus, Iesus, Iesous, Yeshua, Isa, and not to mention the pronunciation “Hey-zeus.” So is the name based on God’s revelation or on the linguistics of mankind? So which one is the revealed name from Heaven? Halleluyah is universally known throughout the world, and yet few seem to know what it actually means. Hallelu, means Praise, and YAH is the name which is above every name. So Halleluyah means “Praise YAH.” YAH means “I AM” in Hebrew. YAH is found in Strong’s Dictionary of Bible Words # 3050. Where did the name YAH come from? Moses asked God for His name: “Then Moses said to God, “Indeed, when I come to the children of Israel and say to them, ‘The God of your fathers has sent me to you,’ and they say to me, ‘What is His name?’ what shall I say to them?” And God said to Moses, (“HAYAH ASHAR HAYAH) “I AM WHO I AM.” And He said, “Thus you shall say to the children of Israel, ‘I AM {YAH} has sent me to you.’ Moreover God said to Moses, ‘Thus you shall say to the children of Israel: The Lord God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you. This is My name forever, and this is My memorial to all generations’” (Exodus 3:13-15). According to the prophets “YAH” is the only name of salvation for us: Behold, God is my salvation, I will trust and not be afraid; ‘For Yah, the Lord, is my strength and song; He also has become my salvation” (Isaiah 12:2 NKJV), and Sing to God, sing praises to His name; Extol Him who rides on the clouds, By His name Yah, and rejoice before Him” (Psalm 68:4 NKJV). “I, even I, am the Lord, And besides Me there is no savior” (Isaiah 43:11). Christ tells us that He is YAH, when He said, “Most assuredly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM {YAH}” (John 8:58). Christ is I AM, that is YAH. Therefore the angel came to Joseph and said, “And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name YAHSHUA, for He will save His people from their sins” (Matthew 1:21). Joseph was given a command to name Him YAHSHUA! The apostle Paul on the road to Damascus, to persecute Christians, was confronted by a bright light, and the Savior told him, “I am YAHSHUA...” (Acts 26:13-15). The apostle Paul heard the name which is above every name, for he writes, “Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of YAHSHUA every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that YAHSHUA the Messiah is LORD, to the glory of God the Father. What happens if I reject this one name given under heaven by which we must be saved? “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God” (John 3:16-18). The name Jesus has only existed in its present form since the 17th century. Reject the revealed name YAHSHUA, the one name by which we must be saved, and stand before the judgment throne condemned.
Thanks for the video . Have a problem in how you perceive Yahshua in your QA section about Psalm82:6 where you define Yahshua as " The phrase “…and the Word was God,” as found in John 1:1 of the KJV is simply stating that Yahshua was divine or a Mighty One with His Father. The word “God” comes from the Greek theos. Strong’s defines this word as, “…a deity, especially (with NT:3588) the supreme Divinity; figuratively, a magistrate; by Hebraism, very.” "While many believe that the word “God” applies to only the Heavenly Father or a single divine essence, the fact is, theos is very broad and can refer to any exalted position, including those belonging to mankind. Therefore, the use of theos in John 1:1 does not imply that the Father and Son are consubstational, i.e., belonging to the same divine essence. Instead, it confirms that the Son too is considered divine or a mighty one."My comment: "a" gives me the impression that Yahshua is one among many other divine beings or mighty ones. In contrast, in the Aramaic Bible I found 6 times where Yahshua is called GOD. Five times out of those 6, Yahshua calls Himself The "Living God"Your thoughts and thanks for your hard work.biblehub.com/aramaic-plain-english/john/8.htm
We are not meant to go back into bondage of the old laws because we as sinners cannot do the laws on our own which is why we as Christians need the salvation of Christ. The law is written on our hearts after we receive the Holy spirit.
Those "Old Laws" are not speaking of the OT laws. For example: Col 2:14 ordinances - derived from the Greek word dogma, meaning, "a civil, ceremonial or ecclesiastical law." This verse is not referring to the OT Commandments, which are not against man but are good for him (Deut. 6:24; 10:12-13; Rom. 7:12), but to man-made traditions and commandments that were contrary to Yahweh's Law (verse 22). The Colossians were being influenced by an extreme form of Judaism and the beginnings of Gnosticism (Col. 2:20-23). We have a great write-up on Galatians that goes into more detail, it can be found here: yrm.org/galatians-unveiled/
I would add to this conversation. The dogma that was done away with, it is alive in the teachings of "the church" since by man's decree or dogma the church destroys the law and the prophets, Matt5:17-18, our savior said "do not think I have come to abolish the law and the prophets, I come to fulfill" fulfill and abolish are not synonyms. Abolish destroys, fulfill upholds. Seems more like antonyms. Compare the church doctrine of the law is done away with to the saviour's own word in Matt5:17. That doctrine falls on its face in the light of our saviour's words. The church doctrine abolishes even the words of our saviour. Not a good place to be.
Messiah came to fulfill the Testament. To go back to the real intention man was created which is to be the children of God. So that Jesus said if we can't be like the child we can't go to the father. Sure a child should learn many things from the father but it's not the law that makes us become the children. Jesus many times showed us that the Son of God did not follow the law for the sake of the law itself. He chose to help the needy even if in the sabath. He spoke with samaritan women that the law forbid. So it's not the law that saves man. We should be carefull to understand any teaching so not trapped to become the parishes who do the law but far away from God.
I ran across this recently and assume you have not changed your attitude. I hope I do not speak rudely even though I feel you purposely took Romans out of context. The context is this. Romans 7:1,4 AMPC [1] Do you not know, brethren-for I am speaking to men who are acquainted with the Law-that legal claims have power over a person only for as long as he is alive? ? [4] Likewise, my brethren, you have undergone death as to the Law through the [crucified] body of Christ, so that now you may belong to Another, to Him Who was raised from the dead in order that we may bear fruit for God. Maybe you misunderstood this but it clearly states we are no longer under the Jewish Law, rules and regulations otherwise it would be required to be kosher and provide sacrifice. This in no way gives license to sin as was stated by Paul “God forbid” What is really being stated is our sin is forgiven and we are free to seek and receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit, where God no longer dwells in the Holy of Holies but in each of us that seek it. May I suggest a study of what dispensations are and mean in the Word. Im only giving a slight description. There is before scripture existed, the period the law was created, the ark and Holy of Holies (the period Jesus lived) and the present dispensation after his death burial and resurrection. You speak about study with an open mind I challenge you as well. Consider this... was Noah required to follow the law established by Moses? That is not possible. In like manner Jesus followed the standards of the dispensation he lived in. In Jesus life few people had the presence of the Holy Spirit yet after his death the indwelling was available to all according to Acts. I pray for your further enlightenment in the word.
the law hath dominion - The word "law" is the Greek nomos and occurs 190 times in the NT, two-thirds being in Paul's letters. Paul knew that the Law was never in abeyance even though many choose to think otherwise (John 7:19). This chapter deals with the marriage covenant. “Maybe you misunderstood this but it clearly states we are no longer under the Jewish Law, rules and regulations otherwise it would be required to be kosher and provide sacrifice.” No, it doesn’t clearly state these things at all. Paul is speaking of a Marriage allegory and you are speaking of the clean food laws and sacrificial laws. There is a HUGE disconnect here somewhere. “was Noah required to follow the law established by Moses? That is not possible.” What are you talking about? Of course the law was known to Noah. Gen 7:2 The reference to "clean" and "not clean" is likely a reference to those animals that were sacrificially clean and unclean; this passage also offers evidence that there was a general knowledge of clean and unclean, which would later be found in the dietary restrictions of Leviticus 11 and Deuteronomy 14. By sevens, literally "seven sevens," meaning either seven pairs or three pairs plus one, the extra one used for sacrifice. Cain and Able were offering sacrifices, why? What for? Obviously, they knew they needed to offer them. Why did Yahweh act so harshly on Cain for the murder of his brother if he didn’t know any better? Genesis 9:5-6. Yahweh commanded that Noah abstain from murder, which was later confirmed on Sinai (Ex. 20:13) and in the NT (Matt. 5:21). This provides evidence that the Law was known prior to Sinai. Death is the penalty for sin, which is disobedience to Yahweh (Gen. 2:17). Sin is defined as lawbreaking (see note on 1John 3:4). Other passages, of the 34 verses that show that the Law was in effect before it was given at Sinai, either because of the penalties imposed for sin or direct commands, include: Genesis 2:3, 17; 4:7-11; 6:1-3; 9:5-6, 21-25; 7:2; 12:18; 14:20; 19:3; 20:1-9; 22:18; 26:5, 10-11; 30:33; 28:22; 34:7; 35:1-4; 39:7-9; Ex. 16:4, 28; 18:16; Joshua 24:2; Romans 4:15; 5:12, 14. 1 John 3:4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law. So, how could anyone up to Moses know what sin was if there were definition of it? The answer, they obviously know what sin was because they knew Yahweh’s laws. Abraham was called a what? obeyed my voice - Abraham was a lawkeeper, a trait that would mean blessings through his offspring to all nations (Gen. 22:18). Yahweh's laws were in effect long before Moses and Sinai. Statutes, chuqqah, is the same word used for the Feast days and other ordinances Yahweh gave in the Torah. You asked me to keep an open mind, now I am asking you to do the same. Blessings.
When you don't cover your head as servants of Yah, it is saying you have no one over you, not even Yah. This is pride, and pride is sin. Though it is not commanded explicitly, all men in the Bible wore a head covering, including Yeshua.
Leviticus 16:4 says the HIgh Priest wears a head covering. Did you know that Yeshua is also a High Priest? And he has made us priests....Nuff said Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
Jesus Christ- yes He was a Jew. And He died to fulfill ALL the prophecies of His coming. You mention Rom 7:1 as a statement but it ends with a question mark. That is a big difference! In the Bible was never written in chapter and verse. You have to read all the verses before and all the verses after. Such as Romans 7:6 goes on to say But now we have been delivered from the law, having died to what we were held by, so that we should serve in the newness of the Spirit and not in the oldness of the letter.” We are to keep the 10 Commandments. I don’t know what Christian would tell you we are no longer to obey the 10 Commandments. Jesus himself said, “Love God with all your heart all your soul and all your strength. And love your neighbor as yourself” So I’m not quite sure of your point...?
Christians aren’t focusing on the love of Christ and his grace. If they truly knew how much Jesus loves them and how much he has forgiven, it would be so much easier to love others and actually fulfill the commandments. It’s like the rich young ruler in Luke. He focused on his own righteousness and went away sorrowful. Zaccheus saw Jesus and gave all he had, cheerfully.
To be a Christian is to become a spiritual Jew through the baptism of the Holy Spirit and walk exactly as did Christ , including in diet, obedience and in keeping all of the commandments of God. Keeping all 10 commandments not just 9. We break one, we are guilty of breaking all.
You seem to keep leaving out the fact that Christ fulfilled the law. Not that He abolished it, but that He fulfilled it. Meaning it's through His blood and by Faith that we are saved, not through laws. God knew that NO ONE could keep the law and all would be lost if all depended on the law. That's why He sent His Son!!! So now though Faith in Christ we are saved and sanctified, no longer by the law. That doesn't mean that we don't try to be obedient to God's commandments, but that we aren't saved by them. We don't put our trust in them and we don't live our lives by them. If we did we would be self-righteous like the Pharisees, but instead were humble knowing we can't possibly keep the law which is why we NEED Christ. I believe you focus way too much on the law and not enough on Christ. It's not about the details anymore. Thank God. Now it's about relationship, walking with our Savior and Father, baptised by His Spirit.
We agree! We are not justified by the law, only Messiah's sacrifice can do that. The law alone can not save us. Messiah did fulfill the law but what does that mean? Matt 5:17 "Fulfill" is from the Greek pleroo meaning to make full, to cause to abound, to render perfect, to carry out. We also fulfill His law by obeying it (Rom. 8:4). The Literal Translation of the Holy Bible reads, "Do not think that I came to annul the Law or the Prophets; I did not come to annul, but to fulfill." The Diaglott reads, "Think not that I have come to subvert the law, or the prophets: I have come not to subvert but to establish." Similarly, in Matthew 3:15 when Yahshua "fulfilled" righteousness by being immersed, He became the pattern model for baptism rather than doing away with baptism. "Fulfill" in 3:15 is the same Greek word pleroo found in Matthew 5:17. Yahshua kept the commandments of Yahweh and taught all disciples to do the same. The NT states that the commandments given by Yahweh in the OT are to be observed today. See Acts 7:38; Romans 3:31; 7:1, 12; Revelation 12:17; 14:12; 22:14. Rather than abolishing the law He made it even more applicable and binding, as seen in the rest of the chapter. It will be the law by which Yahshua will judge all men at the resurrection, James 2:12; 1:25; Romans 2:12; Revelation 20:12. In Romans 10:4 we have a passage that is misconstrued by a majority of preachers today. “For Messiah is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believes.” On the surface it may appear as if Yahshua ended the law for everyone when He died on the stake. Does that harmonize with the rest of Yahweh’s Word, however? Are we now living lawlessly? If so, then we have no sin because “sin is not imputed when there is no law,” Romans 5:13. But that cannot be, because Paul also wrote, “All have sinned and come short of the glory of Yahweh,”Romans 3:23. Is something missing here that most don’t see? The Greek word for “end” in this passage is telos, and telos is defined in Strong’s Greek Dictionary as: “to set out for a definite point or goal, the point aimed at as a limit” - No. 5056. This word “end” found in Romans 10:4 could also be translated “goal.” We find a better rendition of this verse in the Jewish New Testament, which reads, “For the goal at which the Torah aims is the Messiah who offers righteousness to everyone who trusts.” The same Greek word telos is translated “end” in James 5:11: “…you have seen the end [telos] of Yahweh.” Has Yahweh come to an end? Of course not, and neither has the law. Both Yahweh and the law have goals, not ending points. "God knew that NO ONE could keep the law and all would be lost if all depended on the law." How then, could the Messiah keep it perfectly? Is he not our example? We are called to walk as he walked (1 John 2:6) and be ye perfect as your father in heaven is perfect. (Matthew 5:48). Col 2:14: ordinances - derived from the Greek word dogma, meaning, "a civil, ceremonial or ecclesiastical law." This verse is not referring to the OT Commandments, which are not against man but are good for him (Deut. 6:24; 10:12-13; Rom. 7:12), but to man-made traditions and commandments that were contrary to Yahweh's Law (verse 22). The Colossians were being influenced by an extreme form of Judaism and the beginnings of Gnosticism (Col. 2:20-23). Messiah never came to put a stop to or change the Fathers laws. Rather He tore down the laws that separated the Jew from Gentile and abolished all the mad-made laws that were added to the word and commands of the Father. Matthew 5:20 For I tell you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the Pharisees and the teachers of the law, you will certainly not enter the kingdom of heaven. We do not rely on the law to save us, we rely on grace like everyone else. But to say "We don't put our trust in them and we don't live our lives by them." is dangerous. There are dozens of scriptures that emphasize the importance of the law. Here are a few. Psalm 19:7 The law of Yahweh is perfect, refreshing the soul. The statutes of Yahweh are trustworthy, making wise the simple. Psalm 119:98 Your commandments make me wiser than my enemies, for they are always with me Psalm 119:160 All your words are true; all your righteous laws are eternal Psalm 1:2 but whose delight is in the law of Yahweh, and who meditates on his law day and night. 1 John 2:3-4 We know that we have come to know him if we keep his commands. Whoever says, “I know him,” but does not do what he commands is a liar, and the truth is not in that person. 1 John 5:2-4 By this we know that we love the children of Elohim: when we love Elohim and keep His commandments. For this is the love of Elohim, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome, because everyone born of Elohim overcomes the world. Romans 6:15 What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? Elohim forbid. 1 John 3:4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law. You get the idea. Please study this out and prove all things as scripture states! Be blessed!
@@YahwehsRestorationMinistry But why did the disciples not celebrate Passover after Yeshua ascended? I'm so confused. I feel like I can't trust anyone when it comes to biblical teaching. I still don't understand how Adonai can command the Jews to kill when the sixth commandment says we're not to kill. I don't know who to follow. I'm sick of all the hype. I just want to follow God's commandments without man ruining it all. I DO NOT want to celebrate Christmas or Easter and I do not want my life to be filled with rules and laws. I don't believe that's what God wants from me. That's not freedom. I cannot find a church that doesn't celebrate Christmas and Easter and most do stupid things like "Christian yoga" (yeah right). What does God want me to do??? We're supposed to have fellowship, but I don't want to go to a church that is more interested in what man says and does, instead of finding the TRUTH and living by it.
@@silverkiss37 We understand what you’re saying, however, Scripture makes it clear that Yahweh's commands and laws are not a burden and they are for our own good. Freedom doesn't mean simply living your life as you see fit. The freedom we have in Messiah is freedom from the burden of death that came with the law, not freedom from the Law itself. This is a popular misconception that is causing millions to miss out on the blessings that come from obedience. Again, 1 John 5:2-3, “By this we know that we love the children of Elohim, when we love Elohim and obey his commandments. For this is the love of Elohim, that we keep his commandments. And his commandments are not burdensome.” We know it seems contrary to the modern definition of "freedom," but to follow Yahweh's commandments IS FREEDOM. Freedom from this world, freedom from sin, as if one observes the Law as Messiah did, we will be free from sin. We are all blessed with free will. We do not HAVE to keep his commands; however, Yahweh wants His people to CHOOSE to serve him. (Proverbs 8:17) "I do not want my life to be filled with rules and laws." What is the alternative? I mean, we observe tens of thousands of laws every single day here in the U.S. Why can we not observe a few hundred that were commanded by the creator of the universe? I've been doing this for over 20 years (personally) and I have never felt as if I were missing out on something or that I was "held down" by the laws that I observe. On the contrary, I often feel as if I am living in closer relation to the Father and Son as I am trying to live as Messiah did, which exactly what we are asked to do. The theology of "grace replaces obedience" is not biblical. Can the Law justify us? Absolutely not! Does living a righteous life following the eternal word of the Father SANCTIFY us? Absolutely! One cannot be justified and live an un-sanctified life. "I DO NOT want to celebrate Christmas or Easter." Well, that's a good start! But why not observe the days that are actually commanded in the Word? The Feasts are very much still in effect and they will be in the future! Zech. 14 (speaking of the coming millennial reign): “Then the survivors from all the nations that have attacked Jerusalem will go up year after year to worship the King, Yahweh Almighty, and to celebrate the Festival of Tabernacles. If any of the peoples of the earth do not go up to Jerusalem to worship the King, Yahweh Almighty, they will have no rain. If the Egyptian people do not go up and take part, they will have no rain. Yahweh will bring on them the plague he inflicts on the nations that do not go up to celebrate the Festival of Tabernacles. This will be the punishment of Egypt and the punishment of all the nations that do not go up to celebrate the Festival of Tabernacles.” So, if the Feasts were once mandatory, but were then done away with at the Messiah's ascension, why then would it be mandatory again in the future? Because it was never stopped. It has been in practice since the command was issued. Lev. 23 doesn't mention a point where these will no longer be in effect, on the contrary. Scripture speaks of the feasts as eternal and a shadow of the Kingdom to come. The Feasts are included in the law, and we know that the coming Kingdom will not be a lawless society. How could it be? So, what law would be in place? How about the one that is called Perfect and Eternal in His Word? Passover and Unleavened bread are clearly still observed in 1 Cor 5:7. Also, we know that Messiah said in Luke 22:15-16, “And He said to them, I have eagerly desired to eat this Passover with you before My suffering. For I tell you that I will not eat it again until it is fulfilled in the kingdom of Elohim.” So, we can see that MESSIAH would not keep it again until the Kingdom comes, but we see zero indication that we are not required to keep it in the meantime. After all, in the initial command Passover and the feasts are called an everlasting covenant. (Exodus 12:14) Following Yahweh's Law and guides for our life is liberating and comforting and gives us a respect for the design that the Father had perfectly laid out from the beginning. Until someone actually keeps a Feast, it is hard to describe exactly what I am talking about. The fellowship, the worship, everything. It is all a foreshadowing of how life will be in the Kingdom and that is ultimately what we are all striving for. Be blessed my friend. I have enjoyed this discussion!
@@YahwehsRestorationMinistry What about Galatians? Galatians 3:13 & 3:25 for example? It seems pretty clear to me that it's saying we are no longer under a "tutor" (the law). Can you explain Galatians 3:3 to me?
@@silverkiss37 Concerning Gal 3:13 curse of the law - The curse of the Law refers to its instant penalty. Through Messiah, we find justification from that punishment and an opportunity to obtain grace. Concerning Gal 3:25 no longer under a schoolmaster - This may be better rendered, no longer under the need of a schoolmaster. As a student continues to embrace the teachings of his schoolmaster after graduation, the sincere believer embraces the Law after coming to the faith of Messiah. See note on Romans 3:31. Romans 3:31 Do we then make void the law - This rhetorical question validates that faith does not void or abolish the need to obey. In response to his own question, Paul champions establishing and upholding the Law. See Acts 5:32; 1John 5:3. We actually have a full study on Galatians here: yrm.org/galatians-unveiled/
Just to let you know, Hashem isn't pronounced "Yahweh" it's pronounced "Yehovah," and Messiah's name is pronounced "Yehoshua," or "Yeshua" for short. They're not just sounds strung together, they have root words and meanings.
Yehovah has literally no meaning in Hebrew, It defies all the rules of Hebrew grammar. Unless of course, you ignore those rules, then sure, His name can be whatever you want. We have reached out to the worlds foremost Hebrew experts in Jerusalem and asked them about Yehovah and they have unanimously agreed it is nonsensical word. We go in to extreme depth on the name of Yehovah and cite all of our sources here: yrm.org/yehovah-deception/
This guy takes Romans 7:1 out of context. Read the whole context of Romans chapter 7. We are free from the law and that is the whole point. Also, read the whole book of Galatians. If we are still under the law. Why become Christians. We should all be Jews.
The fault wasn't with the law, the fault was how the jews were doing it. Our saviours very lifestyle was the walking out the law. He had issues with the rabbinical laws.
a new, improved, second covenant. The first or old done away. If you athlete and your boss tears up first contract and makes new and improved one and changes it, you would be a fool to keep reading the first contract. You would of course read the new contract. Read Hebrews 8,9, and 10. Do it now.
Hebrews 8:6 more excellent ministry - The priesthood of the Messiah is greater or superior to that offered through the Levitical. Yahshua's ministry offers the outpouring the Holy Spirit (Acts 2:38), true justification from sin (Rom. 4:25), and the promise of eternal life through His resurrection (Rom. 6:5). Hebrews 8:8 finding fault with them - The fault was not with the first covenant, but with Israel, who rebelled and rejected the laws of Yahweh. Hebrews 8:10 I will put my laws into their mind - The placement of Yahweh's laws within one's mind and heart does not reduce, but strengthens the need for obedience (Ezek. 11:18-21). Writing or putting in the heart means to obey (Deut. 5:29; 6:6; 1Sam. 16:7; Ps. 40:8; Jer. 31:33; Luke 6:45; 12:34; Rom. 6:17). Hebrews 8:11 they shall not teach every man - This passage comes from Jeremiah 31:34 and refers to the Millennium, when all men will know Yahweh (Isa. 2:2-4; 11:1-5; Jer. 23:5-8; Mic. 4:1-4; Zech. 8:21-22). Hebrews 9:1-7. This passage is one of the most important regarding the transition between Old and New Testaments; it chronicles the OT sacrificial systems that are suspended in the NT. It is significant that Yahweh's moral laws and days of worship are nowhere mentioned as being changed or ended. Yahshua's death and transition to the Melchizedek priesthood only put aside those commands that were connected with the sacrificial system under the Levitical priesthood. Hebrews 9:7 not without blood - The High Priest could not approach the most holy place without blood (Ex. 30:10). Similarly, those in Messiah come to the Father only through the Son (John 16:26). Hebrews 9:12 once into the holy place - Unlike the Levitical High Priest that entered the holy place every year to cover the sins of Israel, Yahshua entered the holy place through His death only once to offer everlasting atonement. Hebrews 9:17 A testament or covenant cannot exist without the shedding of blood. As with the first covenant (Ex. 24:6-7), the second was also established through blood, specifically through the blood of the Messiah. Hebrews 10:4 it is not possible - The blood of animals that was shed as part of the OT sacrificial system was unable to remove, but only to cover sin. In contrast, the blood of Yahshua does not only cover, but completely removes sin (see note on 2Cor. 3:6). Hebrews 10:26 there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins - If one in full knowledge deliberately rejects Yahweh's truth for the pleasures of sin, there remains no more a sacrifice from the Messiah. Yahweh's grace brings one to repentance and Yahshua's blood offers justification or release from sin. Once that grace and justification have been received, one must strive to abstain from sin (Rom. 6:20-21; Jude 1:4). Hebrews 10:29 how much sorer punishment - Yahshua's blood is far greater than the blood of animals. Those who sin after receiving remission of sin through the blood of Messiah will receive a far worse judgment than those who sinned without His blood. Shalom and blessings.
sacrificial systems are abolished and not suspended in the New Testament. The fault with the old testament is that no one could keep it and that was the plan in the beginning in which old was used to prepare the way for the new or second or better covenant. No more need for another temple in Jerusalem as we now are the temple of the Holy Spirit and thus no more need for animal sacrifice nor keeping feasts which can only be kept with animal sacrifices nor is eating kosher commanded today either. Walking in the Spirit and by the law of love supercedes all the other moral commandments and makes them unneccesary. The Jewish religion and the law of Moses was abolished ad destroyed on the cross.
Ezekiel 37:15-28 This passage describes the Millennium, the 1000-year reign of the Messiah and the restoration of Israel, represented by Judah and Ephraim (see Isa. 2:2-4; 11:1-13; 66:17-23; 40-48; Mic. 4:1-4; Rev. 5:10; 20:6) 1 John 2:3-4 - We know him if we keep his commandments and To say one knows Him but does not practice His commandments is a liar and the truth is not in them. 1 John 2:7 "I write no new commandment unto you but, an old commandment which ye have had from the beggining. The old commandment is the word ye have heard from the beginning. 1 John 3:4 - Sin is breaking of the law (How can there be sin if there is now more law to break?) sin - derived from the Greek [hamartia], meaning, "to miss the mark," and can be likened to shooting a projectile and missing the bull's-eye. In moral terms, sin is missing the mark that Yahweh has set within His Law. Where there is no law there is no sin (Rom. 4:15). All have sinned by breaking the Law (Rom. 3:23). Therefore, Yahweh's Law is still in effect today, (Rom. 3:31; 7:1). 1 john 5:2-3 2 By this we know that we love the children of Elohim when we love Elohim and keep his commandments. 3 For this is the love of Elohim, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not Grievous. So did John just not get the memo when the Commandments were nailed up with Messiah?

thank you for taking time to teach scripture in truth, even though it may go against popular belief
this is awesome, John 4:24 Yahwah is a Spirit and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth
(For the Pharisees, and all the Jews, do not eat unless they wash their hands, observing the tradition of the elders; and when they come from the market place, they do not eat unless they purify themselves; and there are many other traditions which they observe, the washing of cups and pots and vessels of bronze.) And the Pharisees and the scribes asked him, “Why do your disciples not live according to the tradition of the elders, but eat with hands defiled?” And he said to them, “Well did Isaiah prophesy of you hypocrites, as it is written,
‘This people honors me with their lips,
but their heart is far from me;
in vain do they worship me,
teaching as doctrines the precepts of men.’
You leave the commandment of Yahweh, and hold fast the tradition of men.”
These are the laws that Yahshua Messiah's death took away, mans laws that he had elevated to the level of Yahweh's laws and even superseded them. Messiah NEVER worked to undo His Father's work. Why would He? After all,
Psalm 19:7-10 The law of Yahweh is perfect, converting the soul;
The testimony of Yahweh is sure, making wise the simple;
The statutes of Yahweh are right, rejoicing the heart;
The commandment of Yahweh is pure, enlightening the eyes;
The fear of Yahweh is clean, enduring forever;
The judgments of Yahweh are true and righteous altogether.
More to be desired are they than gold,
Yea, than much fine gold;
Sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.
Praise Yahweh! and King Yahshua Messiah! Holy! Holy! Holy! Holy!

The Church has lent itself authority that was never given and have exploited this fact for
They have placed their man made traditions above what scripture permits men do.
1 Cor. 4:6, "Now these things, brethren, I have figuratively applied to myself and Apollos for your sakes, that in us you might learn not to exceed what is written, in order that no one of you might become arrogant in behalf of one against the other."
The Church has had it's fair share of issues and giving itself authority over the interpretation of Yahweh's word is chief among them.

What bible are you using?
was it not fulfilled at his resurrection?

Matthew 12:5
There are certain works that have to be done on the Sabbath, such as running the Temple, or the march around Jericho, or in the off chance you see someone in need, Luke 14:5.
Yahshua could not lay correct judgment on only the woman.

that the law hath dominion over a man as long as he liveth?
The Apostle Paul uses 3 laws, the old covenant law, the new covenant law and the law of sin and death,
the last simply says, If you sin you are going to die.
Adam was the first to fall under this law, as God said he would.
Even Jesus born was under this law!

Romans 6:23 ; but the gift of God [is] eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord

What is wrong with the word church?
The first complete English bible was the Tyndale bible in about 1524, and that bible DID NOT USE the word "church" anywhere in its pages, it used the word "congregation." Sometime after this bible, they started replacing the word "congregation" with the word "church."
Now, some people might say we're just mincing words; they say, "Church, assembly, what's the difference?" "You know what I mean when I say Church." But words are very, very important according to the Word of Father YAHweh. The following verses tell us that one of the duties of all followers of the resurrected Hebrew Messiah is to diligently look at the words to describe His Body.
Matthew 4:4, "It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of Father YAHweh."
Matthew @-37, "But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. For by your words you shalt be justified, and by your words you shalt be condemned."
Proverbs 6:2, "You are snared with the words of your mouth, you are taken with the words of your mouth."
Proverbs 30:5-6, "Every word of Father YAHweh is pure: He is a shield unto them that put their trust in him. Do NOT add to nor take away from Father YAHweh’s words, lest He reproves you , and you be found to a be a liar."
They used it in the Septuagint as a replacement of the Hebrew for the "congregation of Israel."
Now, if we go to the modern word studies on ekklesia, they'll always point to the secular meaning of the Greek, that it was a group of citizens called together. They rarely go to the original meaning. The first time it's spoken in the New Testament, by YAHshua, is at MatthithYAH @, "…And I say also to you, That you are Kepha ( Peter,) and upon this rock I will build My ekklesia…"
In 325 AD, "The Church" joined the State under Constantine, and it was carried through the Reformation. So you can see he never wanted the word "assembly" associated with the original meaning of the Old Testament which meant "congregation." So he knew the correct translation, obviously, but he didn't want it in there, that way they retain control over "the church."
For example, the New Testament, at Hebrews @, quotes the Old Testament, at Psalms @, word for word. The word "congregation" in the Greek is "ekklesia." But since King James forbade replacing this Greek word with "congregation" (the true interpretation), it was replaced with a word which has a totally different meaning:
Psalms @, "I will declare Your Name to my brethren: in the midst of the congregation will I praise to You Oh Father YAHweh."
Hebrews @, "Saying, I will declare Your Name unto my brethren, in the midst of the church will I sing praise unto thee."
And if you go into congregations that were gathered in circles, that's what the pagans did, they gathered in prayer circles, that's all pagan religions.

Jew (ju) meaning of Judah. The one's in Israel now are fake Jews so they are called jew-ish.
We have a great write-up on Galatians that goes into more detail, it can be found here:
yrm.org/galatians-unveiled/

Romans 7:1,4 AMPC
[1] Do you not know, brethren-for I am speaking to men who are acquainted with the Law-that legal claims have power over a person only for as long as he is alive?
“Maybe you misunderstood this but it clearly states we are no longer under the Jewish Law, rules and regulations otherwise it would be required to be kosher and provide sacrifice.”
No, it doesn’t clearly state these things at all. Paul is speaking of a Marriage allegory and you are speaking of the clean food laws and sacrificial laws. There is a HUGE disconnect here somewhere.
“was Noah required to follow the law established by Moses? That is not possible.”
What are you talking about?
1 John 3:4
Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.
Blessings.
Chris Hawley amen
I agree with you. We are not under the old law.
Without the doctrine of Hell the religious wouldn't have a job. The cross disproves the mythology teaching of Hell- John 3:16-17
When you don't cover your head as servants of Yah, it is saying you have no one over you, not even Yah. This is pride, and pride is sin. Though it is not commanded explicitly, all men in the Bible wore a head covering, including Yeshua.
Please provide scripture that states the Messiah wore a head covering. Also, scripture that states men should cover their heads.
Leviticus 16:4 says the HIgh Priest wears a head covering. Did you know that Yeshua is also a High Priest? And he has made us priests....Nuff said

Such as Romans 7:6 goes on to say
But now we have been delivered from the law, having died to what we were held by, so that we should serve in the newness of the Spirit and not in the oldness of the letter.”
We are to keep the 10 Commandments. I don’t know what Christian would tell you we are no longer to obey the 10 Commandments. Jesus himself said, “Love God with all your heart all your soul and all your strength. And love your neighbor as yourself”
So I’m not quite sure of your point...?
“For Messiah is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believes.”
On the surface it may appear as if Yahshua ended the law for everyone when He died on the stake.
This word “end” found in Romans 10:4 could also be translated “goal.” We find a better rendition of this verse in the Jewish New Testament, which reads, “For the goal at which the Torah aims is the Messiah who offers righteousness to everyone who trusts.”
The same Greek word telos is translated “end” in James 5:11: “…you have seen the end [telos] of Yahweh.” Has Yahweh come to an end?
Psalm 119:98
Your commandments make me wiser than my enemies, for they are always with me
Psalm 119:160 All your words are true; all your righteous laws are eternal
Psalm 1:2
but whose delight is in the law of Yahweh, and who meditates on his law day and night.
And his commandments are not burdensome.”
We know it seems contrary to the modern definition of "freedom," but to follow Yahweh's commandments IS FREEDOM. Freedom from this world, freedom from sin, as if one observes the Law as Messiah did, we will be free from sin. We are all blessed with free will. We do not HAVE to keep his commands; however, Yahweh wants His people to CHOOSE to serve him. (Proverbs 8:17)
"I do not want my life to be filled with rules and laws." What is the alternative?
This will be the punishment of Egypt and the punishment of all the nations that do not go up to celebrate the Festival of Tabernacles.”
So, if the Feasts were once mandatory, but were then done away with at the Messiah's ascension, why then would it be mandatory again in the future?
(Exodus 12:14)
Following Yahweh's Law and guides for our life is liberating and comforting and gives us a respect for the design that the Father had perfectly laid out from the beginning.
@@YahwehsRestorationMinistry oh ok, thanks for educating me.
This guy takes Romans 7:1 out of context. Read the whole context of Romans chapter 7. We are free from the law and that is the whole point. Also, read the whole book of Galatians. If we are still under the law. Why become Christians. We should all be Jews.
If i could recommend our free booklet on Galatians: yrm.org/galatians-unveiled/
I agree
The fault wasn't with the law, the fault was how the jews were doing it.
Our saviours very lifestyle was the walking out the law. He had issues with the rabbinical laws.
we not supposed to become Jews. Jewish religion and Mosaic law abolished. We in new covenant now.
Please provide Scriptures that say Mosaic law was abolished.
a new, improved, second covenant.
4:1-4; Rev. 5:10; 20:6)
1 John 2:3-4 - We know him if we keep his commandments and To say one knows Him but does not practice His commandments is a liar and the truth is not in them.
1 John 2:7 "I write no new commandment unto you but, an old commandment which ye have had from the beggining. The old commandment is the word ye have heard from the beginning.
1 John 3:4 - Sin is breaking of the law (How can there be sin if there is now more law to break?)
sin - derived from the Greek [hamartia], meaning, "to miss the mark," and can be likened to shooting a projectile and missing the bull's-eye.
