- iVT's Tom Stone gets an exclusive look inside New Holland's CR11 - the largest combine harvester in the world. This production-ready vehicle was the only winner of an Gold Award for Innovation at this year's Agritechnica in Hannover, Germany. Here product specialist Geert Nerinckx explains how the vehicle has completely rethought the harvesting process. Interview by Chris McCullough.
I think new holland should have blue combines. They would look pretty sweet instead of the yellow. Anyone else agree?
wow . I like it👍🙂
yep thanks to you music one can't hear what he is saying

I've got a cr9.70 I just want walls to be made thicker so they don't wear out
music is too loud, cant hear anything.
Combine performance starts with wide feederhouse which flattens the crop mat and makes it easier to thrash crop mat > Huge hp savings with that one fact? Ivt powered rotor is somewhat questionable for sheer thruput ability for oil driven things have a big parasitic powerloss Dna just like the last axial combines? Will probably use huge fuel amounts big grain tank is a one positive? The power saving things they have done like change motor direction, no grate seperater ? The less pumps for chaff spreader< these changes seem to make a power saving difference on paper but what does this translate too on the feild in tough conditions? Hope it Rocks?
Price?
Probably close to the Million dollar mark - comparable to others in the class. Doubtless Case will be next to release their version of this machine, since like New Holland, they share the same Parent Company, CNH Industrial.
if you ignore the nexat....
Check out Nexat on our channel!
A crop system, rather than a combine
Most people do ignore the nexat.
Will wipe the floor with the John Deere X9 - 1100.
The TRs could do that

It received a gold medal for that . ...... L@@K the Kings new clothes! So did I miss something, IVT? 'an exclusive look inside New Holland's CR11 '(sic) - Maybe Tom Stone got a look, but it's vanished on the video! Sorry iVT but do you really KNOW / UNDERSTAND what a combine is / how it functions, on paper and in the field ? and then looking at the preceding comments .... well I dunno!
You have to watch to the end of the video to get inside!
@@ivtinternational5628 I can assure you that I have done that ... and listened to the same talk as on some other youtube channel - so still seen nothing. ! I've triple checked - before writing this comment! Thnx for he kwik reply tho' ( PS I do eagerly wait for and enjoy the Magazine in the post! )
@@ivtinternational5628 inside the machine not the cabin🤦♂️ Nobody has yet shown the longitudinal mounted engine which is a key design feature of this new combine
New Holland is restricting access to the public as far as being a hands on viewing just the same as John Deere did when they introduced the X9.
Poor dealer network
not the largest in the world, one bigger that makes this look like a toy. Look up Nexat harvester
Check out the Nexat harvester on our channel! Saw them both in the same hall at Agritechnica. I believe the CR11 just edges it in blade length and also overall weight. Nexat changes its set up for different functions apart from harvesting, so it's in fact a complete crop system rather than a dedicated combine harvester
