Lekin same phenomenon to Attemperator me bhi hota h water spray krte h usko bhi 1600 times expand hona chaiye Lekin waha hammering nhi hoti, esa kyu?

An anti-priming pipe is provided in the drum. This anti-priming pipe filters the water content from the steam and allows only dry steam to enter into super heater.
The super heater receives the water free steam from the anti-priming pipe. It increases the temperature of steam to desired level and transfers it to the steam stop valve.

Actually water having tendency to decrease their pH when heated so we always kept pH between 9.5 to 10.2, because this value after heating should not come in acidic conditions.

@@PowerPlantDiscussion sir ji. Actually this is not a correct answer. In boiler ph will never reduce ( ph reduces only in sugar factory boiler due to some other reason that I can tell you) but there will not be any reduction in ph. It will always increase. And this has also a reason .
Ph level maintain in boiler depends upon the pressure of boiler and to minimise the corrosion rate. That's why we maintain ph in boiler as per norms
