What would be the biggest reason why I am chasing weight on this machine? Also is it wrong to put stick on weights across from eachother on the outboard?

Hi there! So there could be a couple reasons for chasing weight, but the biggest is improper weight placement or a damaged rim. Placing a weight on both the inboard and outboard parallel to each other would create a lot of static forces in the assembly so its not recommended. When you're balancing a tire, look at the center window, and it will show you how much static is left. Then you can hang the weight where it's required.
