In parliament, you can only ever address the speaker. And you must always show that you are addressing the speaker.
That's why the seat of the speaker must never be empty at any point.
These are things I learned when I went to visit parliament when I was in class 8.

You are either biased and/or ignorant of what happens in the world. Your narrow vision or idea has no basis. How old is Oburu? Do you know the age of Mitch McConnel, a Republican Senator of the US senate.
There should never discrimination on age, gender, sex or any such like. Did you find any fault with Oburu’s contribution to the debate. May be yours is uncalled for hate or bias.
