Pascal type triangle

The multiplicity and intensity of sub-peaks of an NMR signal due to first order coupling with a group of equivalent nuclei can easily be recalled using Pascal or Pascal type triangle. For the nuclei with I = ½ like 1H, 13C, 19F, 31P, Pascal triangle is used. But, for the nuclei with I greater than ½ we can not use Pascal triangle. For these nuclei we use Pascal type triangle. In this lecture we are going to discuss the way how to construct Pascal type triangle for the nuclei with I = 1 like 2H, 14N
