I thought I was the only one who's done this?? I've seen other people use the spraycan tool too. But nice tutorial. Demonstrative and straight to the point. 👍👍👍
Sorry for the late reply! I'm so happy you enjoyed this! Thank you! Its interesting, huh? I also thought I was to XD I've seen some people use that as well! Glad I could help!
YASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS I CAN FINNALY BLEND OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
*sees ibispaintX vids on how to blend* Me: nah I already know how to do dat, like I don't even know how to select an area on mspaint and only colour in dat area *sees dis underrated vid* *clicks* xd this was stolen I have no comment ideas on this magnificent vid I just stumbled across
This is true. This is more intended for those going for a painterly look, however. If you are going for a more clean, non-painterly look, I know which method you are talking about and I suggest using that. This is more for people who digitally paint and aren't looking for the gradient, but more of a blend.
The lack of layers in MS Paint is what's stopping it from being actually a good software to do art on. If we had layers and image rotation (other than 90°) MS Paint would be so much more widely used
Overall, I agree, using those programs are easier. I just felt that there could be a tutorial for ms paint users Thanks for your input though! Who knows, maybe I could do some tutorials for those programs
Sorry about that! You're using the colored pencil texture thing, right? I dont think the pixel pencil works! When and doubt, just keep selecting the in-between colors and lay em in there... It won't be a seamless or perfect blend/gradient, but it will blend in a way.
Sorry about that! Maybe use the colored pencil texture one? You can also go in with more midtones, or perhaps color picking, drawing, and doing that over and over until there's a good blend?
it won't blend too smoothly, but it should work better if you use a wacom? You can still try with mouse (works on school computers).. You are using the colored pencil (not the pixel pencil) right?

You can make a gradient in ms paint using another method and it is muuuch smoother
This is true. This is more intended for those going for a painterly look, however. i kinda prefer putting it in oil brush instead of the marker
Cool! I suppose we all have own methods, eh? I might try that one out !
I use MSP because its easy
It really is easy to use, glad someone else thinks so too!

MediBang and Krita are free.
i use ms paint because i don't have a drawing tablet, but a touchscreen on my laptop. this technique is going to be... tedious.
:>> it will easy if we use pait tool sai or medibang
Overall, I agree, using those programs are easier.

it's not working!

It did not turn out well
