What's here is 5 locomotives, 104 freight loads, 1 caboose, creating 235 feet of rolling thunder...! 😎
The Aikenknees Rly management team wanted to push the envelope with one massive 100 freight car train. When the time came to count all the cars, we ended up at 104..! so a few more than planned....😳 Roughly 2/3 of our fleet.
Why did we do it...? to see if we could and it went off without a hitch....bravo to the crews and planners...! 👍
