Lisa Kudrow is really a great actress. In the italian version the "Estelle" voice was made by Estelle's voice actress. In english they didn't need to do that, because Lisa could make Estelle by herself :) Friends is the best tv series of all times.

TBF, Estelle's been apart of Friends since season 1 and died in season 10. I'm sure at some point Joey described his agent's greeting. I know my supervisor always greets me the same exact way with the same exact tone and I've described it to a few friends and family when talking about work.

Yes some of us would still carry a name and number book as it wasn't as natural to automatically save a contact or to take the time to input their details. Back then a lot of us also had everyone's contact information written down on at least 2 pieces of paper incase our phone broke or was more likely stolen! I can guarantee that if I was to find a charger for one of my first mobile phones then I'd still find all the names and numbers from back then (a lot have passed away or the stores have long gone.)

True, but I don't really know if you can even fake that. And other than that, the impersonation is spot on
And they didn't really "kill her off", since this is almost at the very end of the whole show, they're just tying up loose ends at this point
