Personally, I don't get what either one sees in him. He may be a nice guy, but he's dumb as a rock. Nagisa needs to take a step back and really evaluate Keiichi. He's a user. He takes advantage of their friendship, constantly copying her homework because he's too lazy to do his own. And Noa thinks he's cool just because he came looking for her when she ran away, but that's what a brother should do. Other than that he pretty much ignored her until she got frustrated and turned toxic.
