Sublime. I've been experiencing more anxiety than usual lately, and this is the perfect amount of calm to listen to while I do my crafting. Thank you; this is a real treat.
So stunning and soothing at the same time. I hope to dream of this beautiful vignette as it is past 1 am now in my part of the world. These flowers are not endemic in my home-country in Southeast Asia. But they are embedded deeply in my psyche in that I pursued work and study opportunities overseas where they abounded just to be near them; got a tattoo of the sakura; and continue to keep objects or mementos in relation to it. In fact, my big sister just gifted me yesterday with vintage Hanae Mori sakura handkerchiefs. It was in Tokyo where I first beheld their glory and beauty followed by Taipei where that watercolour painting of cherry blossoms which hang in my parents' house came from and made my childhood imagination soar, and, lastly, it was by the Potomac River where I spent a great deal of time with them. The cherry blossoms are teeming with meaning. Their inflorescence lasts for a short time only thus signifying the transitoriness of life consequently reminding us to make the most out of it by relishing the most infinitesimal of joys, pursuing our innermost passions, and facing necessary changes with much courage. They also mean hope and new beginnings. Thank you, dear Vault, for another spectacular ambience video. 🌸 Happy Springtime and sakura blessings of hope, serenity, and joy to you and to all. 🌸
