Thanks for sharing! ""Oh holy man, is that ever greasy. I mean is that ever good! "" That comment made my day, Paul! 555! And it really looked both greasy and good. Sticky rice with grilled pork or chicken is the best there is anyway. Greasy or not. :-)
I noticed one thumbs down, probably some troll thinking: "You can't do that, pig's heads are not meant for human consumption!" He doesn't know what's good, when you said you were recommended to boil it first, adds flavor, ah......so this is the reason the meat used in traditional Mexican Pozole is that.....a Pig's head! Oh but do I admire your Canuck Ingenuity, first grilling the head, and then searing it with the blow-torch! And the sound of the crispy ears, as CRUNCHY as Chicharrones are! Good thing pig's head are readily available here as in the Land of Smiles! Buen Provecho Paul and this time you didn't show us the boys, Udik and Leo savoring a morsel of Pig's Head. :)
The sun was all wrong so I did not sahow the dogs, they were there and got there share and then some, was waithing for someone to say something about it as there normally in the video.
Looks like roast pork for lunch now, unfortunately I don't have a blowtorch to crisp up the skin, haven't seen that done before. Thanks again for another great tip.
My next drive past the big blue gate I will bring a pig head, that will make a great catfish kitchen lunch vlog. 555, I think I should do one for the next garden visit at Andy's place, gold.
You speak like the Native American Indians found in Central Canada....you have that accent.... weird....but I am eating my first Smoked BBQ whole pig's head next week in July 2022....
I just wonder how much meat can you get from just an animal's head? Other than the brain but pigs are omnivores and eating their neurological tissues can be risky.
Excellent video Catfish! Thank you for posting.
Looks Amazing my Grandparents did this on Lousiana in 60’s-80’s.
The only thing I don't like is I'm not there stuffing my face. That looks so good. Thanks Paul.
lol, it was crazy good.
Drooling here... we’re putting a head on the bbq this morning! You sure made it sound delicious! 🤤
This is really entertaining. You should make a comeback video, man!

You are my Hero now.
lol
@0.17 It use to make the same sound when it was alive.
Looks great Paul, the ears have to be nice and crisp like this. Try some fresh lime to cut the fat a bit, yum.

This might be a little too much for Andy, you should do it...lol
@@catfishkitchen4203 I would LOVE to have your recipe for your dipping sauce, sir... And who is Andy??? 🤷🏻♀️
Sticky rice with pork! Can't go wrong with that mmmmmmmm😃 just need some spicy papaya salad aka Tom som!
That would be good...
Looks so yummy
It was crazy good....
The ears want some in boat noodles
I've used a tiger torch on a tar and gravel roof before, but never for cooking dinner!
Famous chefs use a torch all the time, its gust a lot smaller than the one I used.
thanks for sharing Paul i wanted also to taste your baking bigs head, i know i live t far away from you, looks great
Next time I cook one you should stop by, I can give you a few days notice.
You are going to drive the "wack jobs" crazy with this one.
lol, give them something to be offended about.
