You mean you printed out a hard copy, then you scanned the hard copy and made it into a PDF? If so, that should be fine.

Can. I made a typo error on the model of my car. Msia side email me n I attached my vehicle log car doc to them. They made the amendment n email to me to login to agree to the amendment.
