The construction in the air has an interesting visual aspect but we cannot see the schematic. I suggest you draw the schematic on a piece of plywood and bang nails in at nodes. The build the circuit with copper wire and components on top. It would be great for education!

Вообще интересна температура и при 60В 5-30А ток. В общем надо просить снять характеристику

PLUG LM317 HV and reach 60 volts
Without load voltage adjustment working ok. but with load IGBT was full heating also I add large heat sink but no use after 2min IGBT GONE.plz sujest perfect voltage regulator.
Its good to test an IGBT, but you cant transfer 5A or 10A! or the IGBT will burn after Overheating, specialy if you have 60V input and 12V output!!! 60-12=48V , 48V*10A= 480Watt that means you produce 480Watt Heat in a 290Watt IGBT, and the Consumer get just 12V*10A = 120Watt :D
Use a PWM circuit as a driver for IGBT, Mosfet, SCR ...
